Mark 16:16 says either worship our god or burn in Hell. If that doesn't sound like a cult then i don't know what does.

Why can't Christianty be loving and accepting like Atheism? Why does everything in Christianity have to be so black and white?

Whether or not it's provable...you must admit its magnificence. Why shouldn't I take a scientist's word over a two-thousand year old piece of literature? Your fight isn't with science, it's with people who lack blind adoration.

They are possessed by demons right, so why can't the Christians go there and cast out their devils?

I would like to know what made you become an athiest. Did something happen in your life to make you not believe in God? Why are you an athiest?

Must not everything have a creator? Who created the Creator of God?

I happen to think the story and logic concerning the doctrine of sin is ridiculous and lacking in common sense. HOW, pray tell, does someone "sacrificing himself for the sins of others" compute? I don't think it makes any logical sense. You are responsible for the things that you do, not someone else. It makes no sense that Jesus dying would cosmically "forgive" your sins through some kind of legislation by God. Preposterous! God could wave his magic wand and forgive our sins. Why go through the ridiculous motions of "giving his son" to undo some cosmic law that he had the power to undo in some other way? There would seem so many other ways to "forgive our sins" than the ridiculous scheme that was proposed. Has no one the presence of mind to question the logic of "salvation"?

Alright, look at this chapter of the bible, Deuteronomy Ch. 13:

6: If thy brother, the son of thy mother, or thy son, or thy daughter, or the wife of thy bosom, or thy friend, which is as thine own soul, entice thee secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which thou hast not known, thou, nor thy fathers;
7: Namely, of the gods of the people which are round about you, nigh unto thee, or far off from thee, from the one end of the earth even unto the other end of the earth;
8: Thou shalt not consent unto him, nor hearken unto him; neither shall thine eye pity him, neither shalt thou spare, neither shalt thou conceal him:
9: But thou shalt surely kill him; thine hand shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the people.
10: And thou shalt stone him with stones, that he die; because he hath sought to thrust thee away from the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage.

God punished non-violent "sins" with grotesque violence. Gays and hedonists burned at Sodom and Gomorrah, plagues, floods etc...setting a poor example that led to real-life atrocities like stoning people to death for sexual behavior....Was Jesus just trying to "stop the insanity"?

It seems like Revelations was added later by someone not connected to Jesus in anyway (even though most Christians believe John the apostle wrote it, this is highly unlikely, considering the author makes no reference to Jesus personally.) What Christian groups throughout history have discounted revelations? Keep in mind there is a lot of documentation proving Roman and early engineering of the Bible (the concealment of the Gospels according to Thomas and Mary Magdalin).

For example, I would give humans wings so we don't have to rely on foreign oil for our cars. We could fly to work or on long trips.

I wonder if people realize the difference between a true Christian, and someone who is caught up in being legalistic with a book that was written and compiled by men, and NEVER commissioned by God or Christ in the first place. Why are people so weak minded that they feel they have to have law in writing, instead of actually seeing what is right and good for ourselves in each situation. For example, "thou shalt not lie" - Now if you lived during the time of the Nazi occupation of Poland and you had Jews hidden in your building, would you volunteer that to Nazis so they could take them away? Would a loving God not require you to lie in order to save the innocent lives of the family against the murderers or would you hand them over in order to comply with a written code that can't be proven to be perfect, or entirely inspired by God? Think about it.
