That's up to God.

First of all I believe that the kingdom of heaven is within our thinking not a place where we will go later. God does not play favorites. Good people live good lives no matter what religion they may adopt or even if they don't believe in God.

I don't like it when people say things like "horrible doctrines" when referring to Muslims since we share the same Bible more or less. That is the Koran talks about the prophets, even Jesus although they obviously emphasize him less.

Every major religion has some form of the Golden Rule. So what is important is if you are really living the Golden Rule?

If this was the only religion taught to them, then of course. They should have a choice. It is not their fault that they have been pushed into this religion. But the ones who know all about God and Jesus and deny him. Well no they won't.

Yes.

People who go to Paradise will be the people who followed Judaism before the coming of the Jesus (peace be upon him), true Christians who followed Jesus (pbuh) before Islam, and the people who profess the religion of Islam at the moment. The rest have to go to Hell, it sounds harsh but that is the reality.

So the people who refuse to follow Jesus (pbuh) and stayed with the corrupted religion will have to go to Hell. People who rejected prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) also will have to go to Hell.

Because there is only one True Religion at one time, and the rest are all lead to Hell. Since they do not believe to the Real God but to his creations (rock, idols, sky, sun, moon, Jesus...etc)

YES . As the CREATOR OF ALL THINGS made their souls the same as anyone elses and is a part of the body of the CREATOR OF ALL THINGS. They would go to their idea of Heaven first.

Theoretically, only if they accept Jesus Christ as their savior, at which point, they would no longer be Muslims.
