Earlier it was posted that there should be more Wiccan beliefs on this board. Now I know there's a lot of you out there that think you can come up with some snappy responses to my question, but please refrain.

When I think of the Wiccans I don't really think about what they believe, but more of how they believe in it. More so than Christians whether they be Protestant, or the Catholics. Do they have rituals with beads, bongs, and dances around big fires. It's the perfect religion/belief for anyone who wants to feel like they have some special powers. I take it that most Wiccans had a real low self esteem when they grew up. Mix this with rebellion against a religion (whatever it may be) and make them feel like they have something no one else has.....MAGIC. I'm Atheist, but no so much that I believe in nothing at all, but I find Wicca to be too much Faries and Unicornes. Honestly, don't you find that the REAL reason that you believe Wicca is because it involves you doing magic?

The Mother of all Terrorists
To Be Taken Quite Literally!
For those of you who want "FACTS" and "FIGURES" and have the intellect to judge 'GOOD' from 'EVIL' and the courage to know and say out the TRUTH....for the rest you should stop here!

Ever since the United States Army massacred 300 Lakotas in 1890, American forces have intervened elsewhere around the globe 100 times. Indeed the United States has sent troops abroad or militarily struck other countries' territory 216 times since independence from Britain. Since 1945 the United States has intervened in more than 20 countries throughout the world.

Since World War II, the United States actually dropped BOMBS ON 23 COUNTRIES. These include: China 1945-46, Korea 1950-53, China 1950-53, Guatemala 1954, Indonesia 1958, Cuba 1959-60, Guatemala 1960, Congo 1964, Peru 1965, Laos 1964-73, Vietnam 1961-73, Cambodia 1969-70, Guatemala 1967-69, Grenada 1983, Lebanon 1984, Libya 1986, El Salvador 1980s, Nicaragua 1980s, Panama 1989,

I have been researching Christian denominations hoping to find the one that God wants me to be, in that search I have found another question I have searched alot of sites hopeing to find an answer but sadly have not any way here is my question
Which Christian denominations/Church will be be accepting (will not get rude or mad with me) of the fact that I enjoy praying the Rosary & the Divine Mecry Chaplet I know that the Cathiolic denomination is very accepting of this but was wondering if any other denominations/churchs are.The reason I am asking this is because I have had someone to get rude & what seemed to be mad at me for just wearing a Rosary, when asked if I prayed it I answered yes that only added to the problem.

Thank you for time, please take your time & answer like Respectful Adults

Lets see how many give an UNAPOLOGETIC - UNQUALIFIED - ENTHUSIASTIC "YES"

QUALFIED = "YES BUT..."
UNAPOLOGETIC = "YES." OR "YES, FOR EXAMPLE, I LOVE..."

Myself, I love American culture, western culture in general. I love it and anyone can make me parrot this...I will parrot this all day, seriously, I love it and I am so thankful that I am not forced to smell a mans rear end 5 times a day and separated from the opposite sex. I am sooo thankful for freedom.

OK MUSLIMS...PROVE ME WRONG...POUR YOUR LOVE OUT!!

How is it that you can't believe in something that's supported by 150+ years of emperical evidence but you have faith in something more or less imperceptible? FYI for those of you that like to state that Evolution is "just" a theory, it's only a theory in the strict scientific sense. Basically everything is a theory until it is disproven. It has withstood the rigorous test of time...so it's not really a theory in the sense people usually use the word theory i.e. meaning an unsupported conjecture.

The man in Luke 16:24 cries: ". . .I am tormented in this FLAME."

In Matthew 13:42, Jesus says: "And shall cast them into a FURNACE OF FIRE: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth."

In Matthew 25:41, Jesus says: "Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting FIRE,. . ."

Revelation 20:15 says, " And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the LAKE OF FIRE

I get the impression that there is some fire in hell......

Liberal Christians ignore what it actually says in the bible and they make up their own religion. The bible says that not everyone will go to heaven.

And why Muslims should be apologetic? We Muslims doesn't care what you think of us. The problem is with the Muslims who have weak faith and try to answer their fugly questions in apologetic manner.
They try to teach us PEACE --when they are the greatest plunderer
and war-mongers. We understand PEACE--but not on your terms and standards--but in our own.
You should read those verses in their context--not out of their context.
For thousands of years Muslims did read and understand what they meant. If they misunderstood the verses--there shouldn't be any Jews or Christians left in the Middle-East or North Africa. Right?
There shouldn't be Coptic Christians in Egypt. There shouldn't be any Mizrahi or Shephardic Jews left. There shouldn't be any Hindus left in India.During the 700 years of Muslim rule in Spain--the majority were always Christian--they were not forced to convert--they remained alive. But just after the Christians took over--there were SPANISH INQUISITION. The Christians well understood the Bible for sure. Certainly, Quran condemns the unbelievers to hell-fire--so did the Bible. The verses that are about killing infidels are in direct combat or war. It's not about killing civilians. Didn't Christians kill each other in wars? If your country is attacked or you are persecuted as a group--you won't war against
your opponents? And is there any war without killing????
Why Good Muslims aren't standing up against Islamic extremists?
I think they are just a by-product or reaction to the Imperialist
Neo-Con real Western Terrorists. Why did you vote the fugly
TERRORIST NUMBER ONE--BUSH? Muslims should not be apologetic anymore.Muslims doesn't fear anyone except God. Our enemie's enemy is our Friend.

I just wonder if a person is willing to change her/his mind. In this site I have read a lot of Q/A that states God doesn't exist because there is no scientific evidence to prove it (though i personally believe there is plenty of evidence around us and science is not the only way of proving everything, especially those things related to faith). Since scientific knowledgement is not and absolute and static thing...every day new evidence is discovered and new theories are proved or refused. My question is how would you feel if in a couple of year scientifical evidence of the existence of God is published and diffused?? (This question is for both, those who don't believe right now and those who do)
I believe in science and i also believe it doesn't has to be necessarily opossite to faith.
PD (Hope your answer will not be: "such thing will never happen", that wouldn't be rational, at this time almost everything could happen.)

Who wrote the bible, and why do many people believe this person?

Well the question I was wondering is why so many claim to be christian yet at the same time they dont follow their own beliefs? As well as why alot of places of worship are almost more political then anything now a days? Example -is that alot of churches dont recognize you as that man of god anymore you would be recognized more so as ur posistion... thats the pastor or hes the deacon. At the same time I know of alot of people within the church that had affairs outside of their own marriage, people that openly discriminate others, that treat others as they are less of a person because of anything considering that most of the basis of being part of ones family is the fact u believe in the same God as well as practice the same beliefs. I almost want to say that the christian church of now-a-days is extremely messed up in our age. Dont get me wrong though there are many good churches out there and many that dont do the above but nevertheless these exist to just wondering.

2 Corinthians 6:15: "What concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?" The term: What concord hath Christ with Belial is the equivalent of asking "What agreement or treaty does God and Satan have?" A concord is an agreement or a treaty. Christ is the same as God (one of the three parts). Belial is another name for The Devil. Belial is also referred to in the Bible several times as the embodiment of pure evil. Belial's original name means, "Worthlessness," by the way. So what does this verse mean? Does God and Satan have a sort of pact? And if so, WHAT FOR?????????????????????????????

I run a singles group in my area, not to help people find dates, but to help single people make other single friends. One thing I'm asked a lot is ways to make marriages and relationships work. I have lots of information stored that I've seen people use, things I've thought over, and thoughts God has given me. But I was wondering if any Godly couples out there would share things God has shown them to make their marriages work so that I could ponder over them and pass the advise along? Please keep your answers clean, and thank you for your help! :)

I used to work as a teacher's aide at a rural elementary school. About a week before Christmas, one of the parents came in and did a puppet show for the kids. It was all about how Jesus came to Earth on the first Christmas because he loves humankind and wanted to save them. If you were one of the parents, would you have said something about that?
