...the earliest Christians lived communally and held all goods in common? One of the earliest controversies in Christian history concerned a couple who sold their farm and held a part back for their own use. James, brother of Jesus, and then head of the Christian community in Jerusalem, ruled they were in the wrong. Have not you as Christians departed so far from the original Christian doctrine and lifestyle that you can no longer call yourselves true Christians?

Is God the same as always, or does he change? It seems like he has to be the same all the time to me...

If he is omniscient, he can't be angry, because anger is a temporary emotion RESULTING from some event. He knew everything ahead of time.

Second, he is outside of time. If he has emotions about us, they are all happening at the same time, and will always be happening for "eternity."

Yet the Bible describes his moodiness up and down in response to different things over time...

I love my fellow man, but I am not a Christian, and it is unlikely my converstion.

If Christians are right, I won't be in heaven. Will you miss me? Will you shed a tear I'm not there? Does it hurt you that so many non-Christians won't be in heaven?

Or is "God" enough?

Come on how do you expect any common man to believe in the Bible,
suppose if a churchman or achristian goes to a person of another religion states him the major facts and says you have to beliveve in him otherwise he will go to hell.
A Hindu will reply, in my religion it is stated when an Evil Ruler(demon) Kansa ruled India in the past and was torturing all his subjects and had an army of demons To do his bidding, Lord Vishnu came in the Avtar of Lord Krishna, he performed
Many miracles, cured a lepper infected hunchbacked lady by the touch of his hand, etc.
And when Kansas evil became Untanneable Krishna killed the Demon Kansa
Vishnu created a city Called Dwarka in India the city has buildings which are 4600 years old.. And finally many of his followers saw him ascend to heaven in the skies there were many wittneses mentioned in our holy books.Lord before going had said every time some evil untanneable forces would come he would come to help his people and he has come to Earth many times in many different Avtars.

This is just their point of view many other religions refer to many other things

He was flipping around kicking some roman soldier butt. Then god came down and said, "Jesus! what are you doing?" Jesus looked ashamed for a moment and then God said, "Son, how can you kick *** without this?" then god handed him a ninja sword. It was awesome.

Supply and Demand --- so many people use gas to go to their various church services throughout the week. Sometimes multiple times. So, this causes demand to rise because they will need to fill up more often. This in turn drives up the cost of fuel and therefore leaves us needing to pay more for it.

If we had no more services people were going to every week/day etc. Would gas prices go down?

To start with, I am a Theravada Buddhist.
I live my life day by day, I meditate, do good works, and show compassion to everybody I run into during my daily journeys.

I do not wrong people and I am honest in all of my encounters. I do not believe that a God exists and I have my doubts that Jesus did also, but I respect everybodies opinion.

Now after I die, what will happen to me according to you're faith?

Stay with me now, don't go into defense mode right away. Use your IMAGINATION to PRETEND that this happens. Yes, IMAGINE how you would feel and describe that please. Once again, this is not to say you ARE wrong, but IMAGINE if you find out you are later.

Even after saying imagine and pretend so many times I'll bet I still get people that don't grasp the question.

I was just wondering. I grew up with no parents, catholic background but never walked in it, lots of superstition and witch craft and I've been a christian for 11 years now. I'm 29. As a child I always felt The Spirit of God around me but never really knew what it was. I see many of your questions and answers and I'm just wondering why you question God? where you hurt?I was.. by family, friends, drugs, alcohol, or are you just seeking the truth. Real answers please. Don't hate... Just truthful.

So, they have their leader saying he is Jesus Christ himself resurrected, saying there is so such thing as sin, no such thing as the devil or heaven, has them donate huge amounts of money (also land cars and businesses, encourages the idolizing of money, and teaches his followers to be atheist and march against religion itself.

What do you feel about this and have you heard of it?
