Some of you ask some pretty dumb questions and show your ignorance about religion in general, Christianity in particular. Is it just to earn points? Or are you really that ignorant about God and His Son Jesus? America is supposed to be a Christian nation and yet there is so so much idolatry and unbelief in what really matters. We are only here for a short time and we are here not for our selfish selves but for God's pleasure. How many of you really know that and live by it? We are here to worship God, the one true LIVING God; no other god. We have become a pagan nation and we should all repent and ask God's forgiveness. Thank you all for costing me points (!) but I just get fed up with some of these questions.

Do you know all that crap they're saying about him in the Bible? I am p*ssed!!! They're saying he's like a whiny baby and he kills people for no good reason! And homophobic too! Just the impression I get from the way I hear people say it in every day life, or the way it's couched in a sentence... such as "No, you are wrong and you are going to HELL because of it!" To me, that statement shows a certain amount of satisfaction on the part of the person saying it. They feel they are in the right and anyone in the wrong deserves to be punished.

So, do these people saying these things enjoys it?

WORD REPETITION IN THE QURAN

keep ind that quran is considered by arabs whether muslim or NOT as the greatest piece of arabic literature, and and it was impossible to just add or delete words in order to get these balances.

The word "land" appears 13 times in the Qur'an and the word "sea" 32 times,
If we add up the total words of both "sea" and "land" we get 45 , the calculation:
32/45 X 100% = 71% = percentages of Water (Sea) in the world
13/45 X 100% = 29% = percentages of Land in the world

The statement of "seven heavens" is repeated seven times. "The creation of the heavens (khalq as-samawat)" is also repeated seven times.

"Day (yawm)" is repeated 365 times in singular form, while its plural and dual forms "days (ayyam and yawmayn)" together are repeated 30 times. The number of repetitions of the word "month" (shahar) is 12.

The number of repetitions of the words "plant" and "tree" is the same: 26

The word "payment or reward" is repeated 117 times, while the expression "forgiveness" (mughfirah), which is one of the basic morals of the Qur'an, is repeated exactly twice that amount, 234 times.

When we count the word "Say," we find it appears 332 times. We arrive at the same figure when we count the phrase "they said."

The number of times the words, "world" (dunya) and "hereafter" (akhira) are repeated is also the same: 115

The word "satan" (shaitan) is used in the Qur'an 88 times, as is the word "angels" (malaika).

The number of times the words "man" and "woman" are repeated in the Qur'an, 23, is at the same time that of the chromosomes from the egg and sperm in the formation of the human embryo. The total number of human chromosomes is 46; 23 each from the mother and father.

The word "salawat" appear five times in the Qur'an, and Allah has commanded man to perform the prayer (salat) five times a day

Have you noticed how they skulk around here pretending to be helpful? Last night this Pablito character was giving spiritual advice and he is a self proclaimed witch. Nowhere in his answer did he say that he was getting his information from the powers of darkness. He didn’t even come out and say he was a witch until I forced his hand. What do you think about this sort of dishonesty?

I mean in The Bible this all around nice guy says "I am the way and only through me can one enter into Heaven"; and we read in "Revelations" that the world will end, and Christians believe that this is going to happen and so-believing that This End is already predestined-have determined that IT'S A Done Deal-and they also hold on to a belief that only through JeZus can one enter into the kingdom of heaven-(there-by condeming all others that don't see THEIR Truth-as depicted by this MAN-as going to hell)-as a REALIST (Atheist is a Christian propaganda word)-I see this as a direct conflict in my efforts to try to save the most beautiful thing in ALL THE UNIVERSE-Our Mother Earth-and why? They say that if you make the wrong choices afterward (like no longer believing in the Jesus Myth) that is is proof you never received the "FREE" gift in the first place. It's like a bait and switch gambit. Salvation is FREE...........with a lot of strings attached. Read the fine print before you let the salesman talk you into it. Agnostic here, don't want to change anyone's religion.

So I'm at the bookstore last night and I grabbed the first Left Behind series off the shelf and started reading. This sold 60 million copies. Its ridiculous. Do fundamentalist Christians think thats how non-Christians think?

I make some assumptions about people who believe in a literal coming back of Jesus. One, that they are intelligent. Two, that they believe what they do because of what they have learned and expirienced and for them its an authentic conclusion.

Do fundamentalist Christians make the same assumptions about non-Christians?

Or, as I am led to believe from a lot of what I see and read on yahoo and in the Left Behind, do fundamentalist Christians see everyone as "lost" and "poor souls" and "searching for the truth" and "in the darkness" and incapable of making moral decisions.

Hold up a mirror. No one is perfect. If fundamentalist Christianity is so good, why are they still sinning every day?
