Theoretically, God can't learn because he created everything in existence, therefore he already knows everything.
I think that if God could change for the better, then it would prove that he is not perfect, for if he were perfect he would have no need to change. If God isn't perfect, then it destroys the foundation of all Christian religions.
Hope this helps!

God Never Changes, Never. Have you taken this test yet:
Have you ever lied, stolen, or used God's name in vain? It's appointed to man, once to die, then judgment. When you die, God will judge you by His Moral Laws. If you stand guilty before God on Judgment day, you will end up in Hell. The good news is that God is so kind that He provided a way for you to be forgiven and accepted into Heaven. Jesus Christ died on a cross and rose again to pay the debt for your sins. What you must do is Repent, which means to turn away from your sins, ask God's Forgiveness, and put your complete Trust in Jesus Christ. Only then will you be forgiven, and granted Eternal life in Heaven.

God is always loving, always compassionate.
God can be reasoned with, and has been known to change His mind....

The Bible says he has feelings, like you and me
I guess thats why he gave them to us.
By the way, i've never seen a monkey cry.
