First of all, there are many Hispanic men, with the name Jesus. Do not pronounce the J in his name. ESUS..
Furthermore, it is hard for me to believe your story because when the Lord Jesus Christ comes back for His people, He most assuredly will NOT be on the Today Show.
It is very possible his name was Jesus Christo. Again leave out the pronunciation of the letter J.

I was looking for the answer to this question as well, but while I was reading some of your responses, I felt obligated to share some truth according to the Word of God. Luke 21 talks of things to come in the last days. Luke 21:8 even says, "Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them." The chapter goes on to talk about wars, earthquakes, famines and pestilences, all the things that we have seen lately. BUT REALIZE THIS TRUTH. JESUS SAID HE WILL COME IN THE CLOUDS, NOT ON THE EARTH AS BEFORE. Luke 21: 27 says, "And then they shall see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory." So let's watch and pray as the Lord commanded. And for those who do not know Jesus, He is the true Son of God, the Savior for all mankind, get to know Him! Jesus is real, and He is the only way to a right relationship with God, the ONLY WAY TO HEAVEN. John 14:6, "...I am the way, the truth, and the life, no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." If indeed Jesus were to return on earth today (by the way there is no proof he isn't already here)....I guarantee most people wouldn't recognize him if they bumped into him on a busy street downtown. Then...once they did realize it was him...they would cry and ask for forgiveness.
