Being a fundamentalist, I don't use visualization as a technique per se, but whenever you pray you visualize things anyway, whether it is the glory of God or something you feel you need, or someone you are praying for. So what's the difference?

The bubble technique sounds pretty good, though more orthodox Christians probably would visualize angels gathered around them.
