I mean, really, we use our fingers all the time....and when you think about it, your toes are just plain there. Kind of like the apendix, useless. Just more stuff to bump into furniture with.
Members of the ape family use their fingers and TOES to peel bananas, stroke other members of their families with, they seem to use them for so many different things. This really seems to support the theory of evolution in my mind!
HMMMMMM! Darn brain...why won't it stop thinking like this? Why can't I just accept the plain "facts?" I mean, if something's in the bible, than it MUST be true, right?
SO many unanswered questions...hmmmmmmmmmmmm!

the old testament has almost no mention of satan and from what ive read in the new testament there is not much specifics about him, so where does all this fall from heaven, original sin, satan in the garden of eden, stuff come from? I admit I know the old testament much more than the new but if anyone knows the origin of Stan mythology, i am curious and would like to know. And I am sorry if using the word mythology offends people, but as a Jew, I don't belive in any of that stuf and i have no better word to call it.

Even if you found enough to interest you for a thousand million years, you'd still have an infinity of time left to fill. You could learn every possible thing, do every possible thing, and still have eternity stretching ahead of you. I submit than any kind of afterlife would be one of infinite boredom - an unbearable but inescapable torture. The only way in which I could contemplate spending eternity is complete oblivion.

What say you?

See, Fundy's tend to brag about their faith and belief in religion and thump the bible, but in reality they're total hypocrites and are often examples of how NOT to behave as a Christian. (Judging people, casting insults, threatening violence etc.)

Atheists however, have no 10 commandments to govern their life. Therefore, theoretically they are free to kill someone without having to worry about spending an eternity in hell.

So, who scares you more?

What is the Sexual ethics of a religion whose followers maybe strictly called agnostics(because Buddha avoided the question of the existence of any ISHVARA or God) but believes in heaven and hell(not as final goals),
re-incarnation and nirvana(final goal of eliminating re-birth).

i read about pentacles/pentegrams and found out they were used as a symbol of divine energy,the church cursed it to be a sign of evil worship due to the fact that satanic follwers were using this very same symbol just upside down.being the case would'nt the pentacle stand for the holy spirit something good being that the holy cross is good and evil worship uses it upside to as a taunt or disrespect of some sort. I am catholic I believe in the bible and the church just not the authoritive rules and misconceptions that have weaseled its way in.just like when they killed jesus christ it was fine to heal but when he did it on a manmade holy day then the man made laws that were threatened killed him.I would just like to know what you think?

Why is God not to blame for leaving out the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, and allowing Satan into Eden?

In what way was the innocence and naivety of Adam and Eve not like that of four-year-olds -before- A&E ate of the Tree?

I'm not trying to offend anyone. As you all know Muslims believe Abraham, Moses, Isaac, Jesus, Mohammed are prophets of God. But some of my Christian friends, classmates and co-workers among them would say Jesus is son of God or Jesus is God. I'm just confused. Which one is correct?
