Why tout such an illogical theory when the evidence blatently refutes it? Early man had very simian features. Please end Intelligent Design once and for all!!!

I see a few people on here using the line " you wouldn't want your children saying I pledge allegance to allah". I don't hear muslim or other "religions" complaining about the whole God thing, a few I know I have asked and they say " to them it's a word they subsititute or remove when they say it" But if you look in the courts the ones that are trying the hardest to remove it are "atheists".
My question is why ? can't they just not say it.

I'm not trying to be rude just wondering

if the physicalities of this world at the rudimentry level are all atoms, and everything is atoms, would it not be plausible postulate that it is merely our eyes that seperate us from everything else.

I am planning a ritual to honor Bast. However, we will also be evoking other goddesses in the ritual. (We will not be mixing pantheons, etc.) Should we evoke the other goddesses first, then Bast... or should we evoke Bast first, then the other goddesses? What do you think.. and why?

recently i have been thinking alot and i'm confused (which isn't unusual) most of our lives we are led to beleive that Adam and Eve were the first humans on this earth as when god created the earth he made man and woman, now the part i'm confused about is we have also been told we evolved from the Apes, so who was here first? I understand that religion is about faith, but why do people who know about science and history still take religion as though it is literal, or that their religion is any more correct than anyone elses. There have been religions for thousands of years and all cultures beleive that theirs is correct. Arrogance maybe?, I don't know, explain it to me.

It's prety much agreed we all can't agree on this whole God and government issue so why can't we all just take a vote and whoever wins wins. And after the vote the issue is droped if you don't like it move to somplace you do agree with or just sit back be quiet cause the majority has spoken. And if ya keep complaining after the fact publicly then we just throw you in jail for incitement.
Yeah I know the constitution thingy ,but hell everyone interpretes it to fit there own agenda anyway lets say we set it aside while we settle this lil issue.........
