I think there is only one God and we all call Him by different names. We are taught His teachings according to our cultures, hence the differences between the religions.

The God of the Quaran and the God of the Bible are 2 totally different things. Not even worthy to be in the same league.

Christ is the historically proven, (taken from facts in the bible) sacrifice for man's sin. Once. For all. He paid for all our sin about 2000 years ago. It's not a question now of sin, but belief in Christ's atonement for your debt by his blood on the cross.

If you think YOU need to pay for your sins? Think again. You can't save yourself...you can't even stop lying for more than a day.

It's like if a man murders someone, then says "I'm going to do a lot of good things to make up for this". When he gets to a judge in court, and says "Judge....yes, I murdered....BUT look at all the good I did!"

That judge is going to say, "Yes, YOU DID MURDER, and it's time for your punishment! WHO CARES about the good you did! You're supposed to do good! Why shouldn't you do good?

Only God can do that. God came down from heaven, willingly chose to be born through Mary, so that he could walk about the earth with his ministry. He became a man, while internally was all God.

So YES....Christ and Allah are not even in the same ballpark.

No. For in the Bible God is in three divine persons, equal and of the same substance, which is the Father, Son, and Spirit. Because the Quaran doesn't believe that the Son is God(which is Jesus), therefore they are different.

Yes, the same..But Christians believe to 3 Gods. But there's only 1 God and this God is everybody's (Muslims', Christians', Jews'). But Christians and Jews believe that God is only for Christians or Jews. It's very wrong. In Islam God is everybody's.Everyone must believe in this only God...There are 2 different books because God wanted it. God sent Bible and saw that must send another one. So God did. But I believe that Bible was changed and nobody knows the real Bible. Maybe the written things were similar..But in my opinion we won't able to see that.

well they do say that Allah is the same God that was in the garden with Adam and with moses. so in concept yes he is the same God, now the devil also appears as an angel of light. so for the un discerning the devil will take groups and act like hes Allah! But he also impersonates Christians and Jews. So you must read your bible to be able to know a tree buy its fruits!

Allah is a pagan idol worshiped before the Islam religion, he was worshiped in Arabia. Allah is not our Christian GOD, our God is the father, the son and the holy spirit which is also Jesus. Allah teaches Muslims to kill each other and have four wives but our God doesn't he teaches the opposite of this, our God is the God Abraham, Jacob and Isaac, he is also the God of Judaism and Christianity. Islam worships Allah which is a pagan idol worshiped in Arabia.

Hope this helps.

Yes, it is the same God, just one Being called by two different names.

The reason there are two different books is that the information in the Qur'an was not revealed to the Prophet Muhammed until the 7th Century.

Muslims recognize the prophets from the Old Testament as being messengers of God, and they recognize Jesus, of the New Testament, as being a prophet, as well.

Just look at it as one God, who spoke to different people at different times and in different places. He had special messages for both, but both are equally valid, as far as I can see.

they are actually the same God, but the difference is what the believers believe about their God. Also, who they think they are in relationship to their God.

Jesus needs you to know Him by His name. He wants a personal relationship with you. He needs you to be led to Him through the truth. And the Holy Spirit guides you into truth. So, whichever book you think is truth is the way you are going to go to God. And that makes a world of difference.

They are the same God. The Quran recognize Christianity as a religion from God and in the Bible the coming of Muhammad is anticipated. In John 1:20-21 it relates some questions that the Jews asked John the Baptist and the questions relate to who they anticipated would come to them based on the teaching of the Old Testament - "And he confessed, and denied not; but confessed, I am not the Christ. And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elijah? And he saith, I am not. Art thou that prophet? And he answered, No." In other words the Jews expected the Christ, the return of Elijah, or 'that prophet'. That prophet refers to the coming of Muhammad.

NOT the same god, and those who think so are not aware of the history behind Islam.

In the days prior to Islam's founding, Mecca was the religious center for all "gods" of the Middle Eastern people. In one particular temple, you would find statues to all of the major gods, including Allah, the "moon god." This moon god was the same god that Mohammed worshipped, so when he started Islam, he made his moon god the main god.

That is why the symbol for Islam is the crescent moon.

NOT the same god as Judaism or Christianity.
