There's a big difference between "not being perfect" and purposely doing wrong. You can be "not perfect" and still be a very good person.

"The big questions in life are tough; Where are we from? Why are we here? Where are we going? But as long as there's big douchey liars like you around, we're never going to find the answers to those questions. You're not just lying, you're slowing down the progress of all mankind, You Douche!" - Stan Marsh, South Park regarding TV psychic John Edward.

Now if your nonreligious – great – good for you, but unless your going to offer a intelligent answer (which I am more than happy to hear) please don’t waste my time by saying stuff like, “God does not exit” or some other junk.

Now that I have made that clear, my question pertains to God and lies. Do you think he uses discretion in judging what is… let’s say… a joke and just a blatant lie – or are they all the same to him?

For example, if I tell my friend I got a girl’s number or something and my friend believes me, then I say sike! I was only joking with him, and told him the truth in the end – does God still count that as a lie? I mean it is not as if I said that, and it was *not* meant as a joke and I never told him the truth.
What do you think?

Why are all athiests anti Christians. Why is it that none of you, or any of the reknown atheists of our times, speaking up against the other religions. You all say Christ is not real and God doesn't exist. Why don't any of you ever say Budha doesn't exist, or Mohamed was not real? I think you all lost a very importantpart our your humanity and the fear and sorrow is making you hide behind each other.

I was wondering 'What do you think of the Australian Pentecostal church'

By the Pentecostal church I don’t mean the highly traditional Catholic and Anglican churches but rather the more modern relatable churches from the likes of the mega churches of Hillsong, CCC Oxford falls and Paradise community church, the Entertainment centres filled with worshipers to the evangelical Baptist, CCC or AOG… church on the corner.

Just curious

Allah (God Almighty) is the only Creator of all that exits.

There is one God (Allah). Jesus is the Christ, miracle birth- and Muhammad (p) is his last prophet, both of them said, "God is One and you have to serve Him with all your heart, mind and strength.

Allah reveals His 99 Divine Attributes and does not compare Himself to any of His creation.

Allah created man from dirt and "in His image" and of "His spirit," yet God has no likeness of anything in creation.

Adam & Eve sinned, then repented and were forgiven, with no continuing effects on their children.

God Forgives Adam and Eve after they repent. Then He makes Adam his deputy (caliph) and the first prophet.

Man is basically good but prone to mistakes. Muslims who repent and submit to God are forgiven without intercession from Christ (or anyone) needed.

Through submission to the Will of God in peace, anyone, anytime, any place becomes a servant of Allah and draw closer to Him.

The story was about the alliance between Israelis and the evangelical Christians because they believe the end of the world has begun. The Israeli ambassador said that Jews don't have to believe in Jesus until the Messianic age. He said Jews will ask the Messiah "are you coming or returning?" and that "until then we don't know whether the world will be Christian or Jewish".

why don't they know that these 3 religions believe in the same God ( they give god a different name that's all).
that the torah came befor ethe bible, and that the koran includes the bible which means muslims believe in Jesus as a prophet.

After this event the destruction and bloodshed of the End of Days will become even worse. The antichrist will heavily persecute true Christians and those of Israel God has called to testify on His behalf.

Christian kings commonly endowed their barons with the phrase, "Take that woman and her fief." The early centuries of the Christian conquest of Europe were largely occupied with acquisition lands from the pagan women.

a man shall "leave his father and his mother, and cleave unto his wife" (Genesis 2:24).

Naomi told her daughters-in-law to "return each to her mother's house" (Ruth 1:8) because houses were owned by mothers, not fathers.

A marriage agreement permitting removal of a woman from her maternal home was a violation of ancient laws. Therefore Abraham, seeking a bride for his son, had to give many gifts to the bride, to her mother, and to her brother (not to her father!) as compensation for taking her away from her home (Genesis 24:53).

Retention of property in the hands of a patrilineal clan was the purpose of the so-called Levirate marriage commanded by the patriarchal God (Deuteronomy 25:5). If a man died, his brother must marry the widow rather than allow her to take her property and depart from the family.

I don’t understand something. Why is it that Christians are so determined to have prayer in school? They all say things like sex education is better if parents teach their children at home. Isn’t prayer a personal thing that is best taught by parents and clergy?

As Israel pounds Lebanon with air raids and ground troops, destroying both Muslim and Christian areas that had been seperated before the Israeli invasion to destroy Hezbollah ... the people of Lebanon are now putting a side their religous differences and finding unity.

Christians and Muslims in Lebanon are finding common ground: safe spots between the explosions ... where together, they realize they have survived, while many others like them are dying.

Is there a Maricle in these chance meetings? Could this unity between religions become like the Pheonix who rises out of the ashes of such destruction that could last for many generations?

... and if these people can put their diversities a side because they find their individual existance threatened by bombs with no religious preferances, why can't the rest of us who are not so strained, get along without prejudice ... just because?
