1) The woman is suspected of sleeping around.

2) She is given a liquid to drink.

3) The liquid will cause her, if she is guilty, to have a miscarrying barren womb.

That sounds like an abortion to me.

Numbers 5:27 (New International Version)

If she has defiled herself and been unfaithful to her husband, then when she is made to drink the water that brings a curse, it will go into her and cause bitter suffering; her abdomen will swell and her thigh waste away, [she will have barrenness and a miscarrying womb] and she will become accursed among her people.

Seems like almost every christian denomination predicts the end of the world and is wrong. What a coincidence.

I was reading one whacky Christian's ideas about the end times and he said:

"Next, comes the worst part- the seven Vial Judgments. Sores will develop on worshippers of the antichrist (as he will be worshipped as god after his resurrection). The Sea, then the rivers will turn to blood. Next there will be an intense heat wave. Next the antichrists kingdom will fall into darkness. Then, the river Euphrates will dry up, to facilitate the crossing of the antichrist's army to the battle of armageddon. Next there will be huge earthquakes leveling every mountain in the world accompained by 100 lb hailstones."

So I was wondering, could this new case of Athlete's Foot I've developed be the sore that develops on the worshippers of the antichrist during the Seven Vial Judgments? Apparently that's the worst part of the end times, because that's what this whacky Christian guy (just another religious nut) on the internet said. Will the sea and rivers turn to blood soon? I'm gravely concerned!

I need a good believer to help me with this one. There's a girl I like and I think about her a lot. Any intense desire like this is probably lust. What should I do.

God created the earth and everything on it.

Hence, God is a part of everything.

Therefore, God is love.

Love exists between gay men (i.e., gay love).

Therefore, God is a part of gay love.

Hence, God is slightly gay.

Also, I saw him marching in a pride parade.

Are there flaws in this logic?

Is it Matthew 28:1-10 or is it John 20:1-18? Considering how much they differ they obviously cannot both be right. So which one is lying and why is it in the New Testament?

There are different accounts of who was there, where Jesus was, how many angels were present, the sequence of events etc...

I am no longer a muslim, but may well convert as Islam's teachings are valuable and shows a good way of life. I changed to become a non-muslim because of a guy that i love who is not a muslim, he doesn't believe in any religion. We both live in Europe.

1. Your thumb is closest to you, so begin your prayers by praying for those closest to you. They are the easiest to remember.
2. The next finger is the pointer finger. Pray for those who teach, instruct and heal - teachers, doctors, and ministers. They need support and wisdom in pointing others in the right direction.
3. Next is the tallest finger, to remind us of our leaders. Pray for the president, leaders in business and industry, and administrators. They guide our nation and public opinion and need God's guidance.
4. Next is our ring finger, surprisingly, our weakest finger. It reminds us to pray for those who are weak, lost, in trouble or in pain. They need your prayers day and night.
5. And last is the pinky. Which is where we should place ourselves in relation to God and others. The Bible says, "The least shall be the greatest among you." Your pinky reminds you to pray for yourself. After you've prayed for the other four groups, your own needs will be put into perspective.

I've been noticing lately that some of neopagans make use of the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram. This makes sense, as it is a strong and useful rite.

But I'm curious. My question is, how do you, as witches, feel about intoning the cabalistic cross, which arguably gives lip service to Yahweh?
