No, Webster's says that's a British spelling & I live in the US.

In England color is spelled with a "u" colour. Just thought you would like to know.

Yes. Colour is the correct spelling. The English language was around long before N.America knew it existed.

Color is the lazy N.American way, as with all other lazy spellings.

Not just the British who spell it with a "U". I'm Canadian and it is spelled colour, not color.

Sure why not...? It's the French way of spelling it, and it's recognized in America by many people...
