i think its the stupidest thing on the net. do you see how naive ppl are by comparing Jesus to a horseshoe? it is a matter of faith not just asking God to do something. Sometimes God allows bad things to happen bcuz something good can come out of it. Agree or disagree?

and dont say "If God loves is so much why do ppl (or christians) have cancer and all these other sickness" "Why does God allow things like war or tragic accidents to happen"

I just saw The Passions of Christ again. Why was his death so horrible? Why did God allow his son's death to be so painful? This is a seriuos question for me. I am trying to understand.

I believe I have a problem. Despite my Christian upbringing I tend to have stronger attractions towards women. Though I have sexual experience with males, I've always felt a pull towards my same sex. I've tried to hide my feelings and devote myself to my religious studies. As my father is the pastor at a local church I feel it is my duty to not upset or betray them and our higher power. However, recently I have developed strong feelings for a very close female friend of my family's. We've even shared a kiss. I'm torn between my growing affection and what Jesus would want me to do. Can somebody please help me? God bless :)

The Bible books are nothing but lies. The whole religion is the biggest lie in history. Come out of the spell and join the people who have a normal life. Life is better without believing in something a friend or relative has told you.

what if a christian turns to atheism. is he still saved then? what if he curses God and says Jesus isn't the Son of God is he still saved?

I believe in such a thing as backsliding. but at the same time we turn our backs on God, He is always out trying to lead the 1 lost sheep back to the flock of 99. So once we Find Jesus, we always can't find that joy or feeling anywhere else, so we always come Back to God, but at the same time, we're 'lost' sheep until we do come back to God.

So i'm not saying this to offend ppl k? but plz cite some verses :) ty

its just that i asked people what they think about muslims or islam and the only answer i got was ..terrorists and people wearing robes with bombs underneath them....people is this the only thing ...... islam is against the killing of innocent people .. and the people that claim themselves muslims are actually extremists ...think it for a while and then answer it...

Closed minded about different types of spirituality? Regardless of what we believe, doesn't everyone have the right to believe whatever they want without fear of being personally attacked? Aren't some of the responses here just typed versions of terrorism? Is it really that hard to say nothing if you can't say something helpful??
