now you know why people say i only fear god. we should feel scared it is natural but we should also feel comforted and empowered by his presence. you are probably scared because you have sinned like all of us and are afraid you are not forgiven, if so just ask sincerely for forgiveness and then you will know you are forgiven.

This is one of the problems with most Christian sects. They operate on a system of shame and fear. Usually can be traced back to Genesis and the events in the Garden of Eden. Then the Crucifixion of Christ was added to the list of things that you should be ashamed of.
But why should you be afraid of The Creator of All Things. You are a facet of it and it is a facet of you.
All thing shall be returned to The Creator in the end.

Just think that God and Jesus only mean good things for us. Talk to Them as you talk to normal people, but in a silent prayer.

Hebrews 4:16

So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it.

See? God wants us to come into his presence boldly. because we can!

Don't be scared. Let Him guide you and protect you. Pray to your guardian angel to help you. You can even ask God to surround you with thousands of angels and He will do it. Just remember that He loves you, and wants to be close to you.

God bless.

Does this help?

......................................
"I tell you the truth, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned; he has crossed over from death to life."
~John 5:24 (NIV)

Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has gone through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet was without sin. Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
~Hebrews 4:14-16 (NIV)

For you did not receive a spirit that makes you a slave again to fear, but you received the Spirit of sonship. And by him we cry, "Abba, Father." The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God's children. Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.
~Romans 8:15-17 (NIV)

"As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love. If you obey my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have obeyed my Father's commands and remain in his love. I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete. My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. You are my friends if you do what I command. I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master's business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you. You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit—fruit that will last. Then the Father will give you whatever you ask in my name. This is my command: Love each other.
~John 15:9-17 (NIV)

1 John 4:18 "There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love."

When we fear, the issue is that really don't understand who God is and how very much He loves us. If we can learn to trust in His love for us, then the fear dissipates.
