I am interested to know more from those who believe in Dispensationalism. I am wondering what is their understanding from Roman 13, the crafted branches etc.

I am seeking Christian participation only. Not here to debate, but to understand.

In 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 (yes in the King James version), Paul offers a list of sins that would keep a person out of Heaven. Among those listed are theft, homosexuality, and adultery. However, it seems that only thieves and homosexuals are condemned out of the three. In Luke 16:18, Christ defined a man or woman who has divorced and remarried as also being an adulterer. So shouldn't remarried people be condemned as well? Why are the thieves and homosexuals, out of the three, the only ones that get picked on by fundamentalists? I thought people were not allowed to pick and choose what to follow out of the Bible.

It just "occured" to me that as a Christian, I should pray before I come here to YA. For courage, enlightenment, protection. What about you of other faiths? Am I the last one here to think of this? LOL.

Life means to live, to live means to love.I think our reason in life is to love and care for all those around us, we all have our purposes here in this life and they all can help each other.Think of those who are less fortunate try: ethiopia if we all put our services together, we could stop poverty sickness etc and be happy,it is known that the most poorest towns in australia have the happiest people living there, why? alot of answers but they are living, are u really living? or are u just existing?Im not religous these are my thoughts.I believe everything good and bad happens or a reason. The bad things that happen to us strengthen us and give us a purpose to live, once our time is up,if we've achieved our goal/mission then we go to the next level which is known as heaven. If we dont then u reincarnate. When we die that is when we live,in this life we are continuing the previous life, also we must fix our previous errors, what do u think the meaning of life is?

I went out with a friend the other day. He's recently "found God" and we went to the movies with some of his "church friends". He and I have been friends for years. When he introduced me to the new people, they immediately asked me where I go to church. When I told them I am Buddhist, they completely stopped talking to me and one girl said..."I'll pray for you". It made very angry. Why do people do this?

believe that if you're NOT a church going Christian you'll go to hell? If God were so forgiving and understanding, wouldn't he judge you on how you live your life vs. what builiding you sit in on Sundays?
