It just "occured" to me that as a Christian, I should pray before I come here to YA. For courage, enlightenment, protection. What about you of other faiths? Am I the last one here to think of this? LOL.

What you are saying is very true. A person better be very well grounded in the word to be in a mishap like this. This is a fun place to see what people think, see what they believe and why. It can aslo be the biggest stumbling block ever for the "select" few.

I am not a christian, but each time I come here I always ask Jesus to help me answer as he would have me answer.
Sadly sometimes I get afraid because of some of the comments that i read, and respond in a less than loving manner. Jesus would never do this of course, but I am just his student, and he is an understanding teacher.
Each day we start over fresh and try again.

Do I pray before I come here? No, but sometimes if I find a particularly troublesome question, I will ask/listen for help in finding the right words to reply.

No, but I pray for all the atheists, people with honest questions on religion, even the gays and lesbians. I pray for myself and all sinners. You do have a good point, though, I should pray for patience, understanding, and for God to give me the right answer on a particularly hard question. Amen

Heh heh...Muslims have to pray 5 times a day, so I guess that would be a 'yes' in general. But for me...no. :-P I sort of missed my Maghrib (sunset) prayers.
