The Trinity is a very important doctrine to know about because there are a lot of groups that deny the Trinity. Some, like the Jehovah's Witnesses (JWs), would say that Jesus Christ is not God and that the Holy Spirit is not a person. Other groups like the Jesus-Only people or the Apostolics, also known as the United Pentecostals, believe that Jesus is God, but they believe that the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit are different modes of the same person. So hopefully I can give you enough information from the Word of God that you can counter these heresies, because that's exactly what they are

I think Lot's wife became of the Earth, and got trampled, for her disobediance. Does anyone agree?

just yesterday i posted the fallowing question: "a few questions to all muslims". for details this is what i wrote: "i always wanted to ask these questions to a muslim, but i was afarade they'd bomb my house. #1 does any muslim country got along with a another country that is not muslim mojority?#2 what would be your responce to this statement, '99.99% OF TERRORIST ARE OF ISLAMIC BACKGROUND'.#3what if someoe critisize your religion, what would be your responce? My friend went to her daughter's church camp tonight to stay the last night with them. She took her own tent to sleep in. She grew up in this church (Morman) and they shunned her because she is no longer active in the church. My friend is my life partner. Were they justified or ignorant. Who are they to judge? Her feelings were very hurt and so were her girls feelings. We have known of more men in the church cheating on their wives and yet they still sit high on the pedestal. My friend and I have been together for 12 years and are good people. We just don't go to the morman church anymore.

I never made the claim of what a god is all I said was atiests are their own god? Who in fact said that god (to an ahtiest had to be a creator with power over moon & stars) A god can be in many forms, money, cars, let you imaganation run wild.

As to good and evil, how do you define it? Can just one human define it? If not then who? If a group or a collective then by what means? Who sets the standards? If you set them for yourself where did the basis come from? If a governing body well we all know where that can lead. Still by what standard?

if you choose to believe it or not you do have a god, may be not one all creator type of god but still you have a god or many gods. And yes you are your own god.

It is no different than me claiming God and My faith in Jesus.

Morality did come from a belief in a God. Without God where is morality? It by defination can not come from itself.

So, I wonder this, and you should know that I don't think I am perfect. Is the reason that many atheists are atheist, because you believe that you are the perfect, or highest (at this point) ending to events of physics, chemistry, and biology, and there is no point to life other than to exist? To me, it makes me think that is the reason atheists are against a belief in any God, because that would imply that we are not perfect, and that there is something better than us? But the truth is that there is always someone smarter and more educated, so doesn't that in itself make us all imperfect, except for the one who is on top in the world. Would you submit your intellect to a scientist or philosopher with more degrees if they disagreed with you? Wouldn't that mean that someone else was a superior being to you. I don't know, it just seems as though this would be discouraging. Just throw out thoughts on what that means to you? I could be wrong with this line of thinking

What does this passage mean and how does it fit in with salvation?
