Almost all important doctrine is completely agreed upon between Catholic Christians and most other Christians.
There are some minor doctrine issues and some major cultural and traditional differences which, I believe, do not matter that much.

The difference is the way they choose to worship God and the behavioral practices they adopt. It is christianity that is the core belief. Faith and religion are two different things.

The primary difference is some are Trinitarians and some are Unitarians.
Those who are Trinitarians are following Pauline doctrine and are "anti-Christs."
