i personally have no real religion. i just believe in the things that i feel makes the most sence. i basicly look at every religion, listen to what people think and mix it all with science and logic. my beliefs change on a regulare basis whenever something makes more sence than what i previously believed. i am open to every ones theories so feel free to give me alife story on what you think of. you never know if something you believe in makes more sence than what i do.

remember that i am just looking for the right word to describe my veiw of religion. like people will say "i'm catholic" or "i'm wiccan" or "i'm budist". i want to be able to say " i'm ???? i have my own beliefs". after you give me the word i am looking for then you can feel free to tell me your ideas. thank you.

after writing believe so meny times i just reliesed that believe has the word lie in it...interesting, lol.

Looking at another religious based question I saw. I got to thinking. Why does religion, specifically Christianity followers, focus on negativity and threats. It's always about sins, judgement, feeling terrible about yourself. I only seem to see dedicated followers focus on absolutely damning statements.

I don't go to Church but I know the following from just keeping my ears open.
Examples:
"Suicide is a ticket to hell" no matter the reason and I don't care if you are retarted or were brutally beaten, raped, and shot 5 times and will now live life blind, unable to walk, needing 24/7 monitoring, etc...

"You are a sinner", just admit it and ask for forgiveness. Doesn't matter if your a monk who worships Jesus and has never had sex and you spent the majority of your life loving, donating your time for goos causes, and teaching others. You had one bad thought today, so you are a sinner.

Why is negativity the focus of Christianity?

If Jesus died for the sins of the believers, then does it mean every christian is free to do any thing as heaven is already promised, isn't it very attractive package?

I have asked this question few days before. But received very insane answers. Under any circumstances, christianity doesn't possess spirituality. Its an organisation which collects money from people and "help" poor. And there is nothing other than this. They need poor people. If there is no poor people in this world, christianity will disappear. To me (and to all), spiritualism is not helping poor. Spiritualism should: teach religious tolerance, teach universal brotherhood, teach non-violence, teach not to preach, teach the truth, teach intelligence etc. etc. Since, these so called christians doesn't possess these qualities, they dropped nuclear bombs, smashed Iraq, conquered poor countries and do all sorts of nonsenses. Above all, the highest head - the pope - will keep dump. He will not "order" to stop these. Then why is he there? To collect money from people and "help" poor? A money raising manager? What is his job? I dont understand......pls help.

Muslims believe that Holy Quran & Bibal both are divine books and acknowledge each other but Bibal is not in its original shap that is why there are more than one standard text available but
according to them Holy Quran is still in its original form because
there is just one standard text throught out Islamic world , there are differences in interpretations of text but the text itself is same not a single word differnce. I need your unbiaced comments.

My parents are in their 70s and 60s and they are going bankrupt after a 2 decade battle to stay afloat. They are about to lose their house, car, EVERYTHING!!!

My sister has a master's degree, a phd and has won international awards but because of some stupid time rule she has lost her job. Now she has nowhere to go with her 11 mo, 28day old baby. These are basically GOOD human beings, who are charitable, hardworking, honest and who would never do anything to harm anyone. I feel God has failed us and I feel bad about the way I feel but I can't shake off the feeling that we've been dealt a bad hand. How do I keep the faith???

I think there's a good chance that Jesus was gay because he never showed a desire for women but he did kiss a man. Maybe that's why god had him tortured and beaten. He didn't like him because he was a fag. I know you were taught that he died for your sins(murder, rape, ect.) but he could have just came down, went to sleep and never woke up. Wouldn't that be dying for your sins? does it make a difference how he died? A perfect man would get married and have sex. Obviously, Jesus wasn't perfect. If his penus never got hard, something had to be wrong with it or he never found a woman that would turn him on because he was probably gay.

1- But "Allah" sounds different than the Hebrew "Yahweh"!
2- How can a title beginning with "the" be a name? Yahweh, also means "the Eternal", which means "Al-Samad" in Arabic. It's just a title!
3- "Yahweh" wasn't even the first thing GOD Almighty was addressed with in the Bible!
4- So why then does the Arabic Bible use "Allah" and "Yahweh" for GOD?
5- Why did Jesus choose to say the Aramaic "Eloi" to the Hebrew speaking people?
6- This excellent article shows from Hebrew sources that Genesis 1:1 said "Allah". It proved from Hebrew sources with images that GOD Almighty's original Holy Name was indeed "Allah".
7- Hebrew "Allaah" is the closest word to "Allah" and it means Allah.
The newest edition by the International Bible Society starts out "fi al-Bid'i khalaqa ALLAH al-samawati wal-ardha." The normal word for God, moreover, is "Allah," in the Christian dialects of Arabic as well as in the Jewish dialects

I am outrageous to all the believrs who were present at the crucification and did nothing?? They were so lame that they never resisted? They should have died to save Jesus, isn't it? Later on they propagated the teachings so we got every part of religion from such persons.

7 Heads=7 deadly sins= 7 High Leaders (presidents, kings, queens)
10 horns= 10 Commandmants
7 Crowns upon his head+ leadership over all the other nations

In short could this mean?
Satan or the anti christ
make a war agains God people and Law, like Lucifer did in heaven, the anti christ will do on earth?

Satan in heaven= anti christ on earth
going up against every commandmant and churches and rule from God

Do you get that this happened in heaven as Lucifer doing it, then on this earth it going to happen as the anti christ and the nations?

Please explain so I will learn, where I am wrong, and what part might be right?

I told my Mum who raped me and she cried and everybodys crying. My friend music_girl helped me tell her everything and every bit of detail and the life Ive been living because of it.I think shes an angel but she says shes not but Im glad Jesus sent her to me. I have to be put on observation now because I talked about suicide....and then Ill be transfered to therapy and a clinic.I feel like I confessed my inner hurts to my Mum like i did my sins to Jesus. Im packing now and ill be leaving momentarily....if you could pray for me in the near few days Ill be so grateful.... I dont know when ill be able to be back on yahoo...but ty everybody for ur prayers
