Muslims believe in One, Unique, Incomparable God; in the Angels created by Him; in the prophets through whom His revelations were brought to mankind; in the Day of Judgment and individual accountability for actions; in God's complete authority over human destiny and in life after death. Muslims believe in a chain of prophets starting with Adam and including Noah, Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Job, Moses, Aaron, David, Solomon, Elias, Jonah, John the Baptist, and Jesus, peace be upon them. But God's final message to man, a reconfirmation of the eternal message and a summing-up of all that has gone before was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) through Gabriel.

1. Just translation difference
2. In Arabic, it says "The dog" instead of just dog. I'm not sure what your question was here.
3. According to Bible scholars, there are many inaccuracies and contradictions in the Bible.
4. I believe they are using the word Allah in the arabic translations of the Bible to assist them in converting more people is all. But they want people to learn yahweh. Also, the Bible is written in hebrew (old testament) and greek (new testament), so maybe they use Allah when it was the greek word for God and using Yahweh when it was in Old testament
5. Jesus spoke Aramaic all the time, and that is , indeed, the Aramaic word for God/Allah/Creator etc.

The muslims do not wotship the same God. Yahweh is one possible rendering of the tetragramatron the unpronounceable name of God denoted by the Hebrew letters YHVH. It can also be rendered as Jehovah we are not entirely sure. It is God's name not His title. Allah is the arabic word of god and not a name at all. A little history will help also as muhammed took on of over 300 gods and made this the object of is worship. Allah is the moon god of the muhammed's people and in fact is not a god at all. So now the allah of the quran and the God of the Bible are totally different.

I hope my simple explaination will help you a bit....

For long , long time ago we considered Jewish and Muslims are brothers but after several incidents, we're not.
The fact is, Jews can't accept the last messenger would be Muhammad that is from Arab Quraisy clan and not from Bani Israel clan like those past messengers.
One of the reason is, Jews manipulate and changed almost everything inside the Torah... Most of them didn't follow the Old Testaments and even produced new holy books..
That's why Allah choose Muhammad that is far away from Jews and give him al-Quran to eradicate Jews fake Holy Books..
the Concept is same... We believed and worship Allah but they didn't consider Muhammad as the last messenger of Allah for the whole world.

well they are different languages

One God recognized by Muslims, Jews & Christians. Muslims believe his prophet is Mohammed, Jews are big on Moses and Christians believe that God had a son who was his only true prophet. All the same God.

Allah mean God, Alleluia mean glory to God. You should be able to see that both have semetic roots. Anyone who believes in one higher being in a sense worships the same one, regardless of how it is through. Brahman can even be thought of in the same terms as monotheistic Gods

and for the person who said that how come there is no son of Allah, well in Muslim Spain, Christians spoke arabic and referred to Jesus as Ibn-Allah (Son of God)

Rev Kip - The moon God, WTF? and also you're a religious chief? Explains a lot about the frame of mind of distinctive Christians obtainable... *Shakes Head* Do you no longer understand that Muslims (and many Jews) hint the origins of Islam again to the first baby of Abraham, who God also stated would the be the daddy of an excellent human beings? So do you carry it adverse to Jesus that his mothers and fathers weren't christian? because that Mohammed depending the religion, obviously he replaced into born right into a diverse one. and those loopy reference you made about the pagan daughters he allegedly worshiped, you want to study somewhat better. Mohommed actually denouced all scripture regarding them as "The Satanic Verses" and stated such beliefs had no position in a monotheistic relgion. in any case, on to answering the question. save in thoughts, I talk of the wider Christian frame of mind, and not the quite faith itself which preaches tolerance of others... Christianity has never beloved different religions. to contain Judaism. all people remember the Inquisition? Or the actual undeniable truth that Pope John Paul II admitted that the church bore some duty for the holocaust because of it really is intolerence of Jews? Ever heard the age previous tale that we use the blood of a christian probability free to make our passover matzah? Christians prefer to piggy again off of our faith so that they have a love hate courting with us, yet regularly occurring can not denounce us because they did borrow our God and not any incorrect way round. The instantly out hate for Muslims comes from the actual undeniable truth that at the same time as Jews merely desire to get with this methodology, Islam replaced into formed after the death and hoopla of Jesus. we do not prefer to grandfather clause him in, yet they outright rejected him. Oh, that and Christians seem an intollerant lot with the aid of the undeniable fact that's (a lot to Jesus's chagrin, i'm effective).

Is it really "the same God? Then why don't they accept the Bible. I know they don't accept Genesis 49 verse 10 where it says that the sceptre shall not depart from Judah. A sceptre is a sign of ruler ship and Jesus was a Jew.

From a Jewish perspective, I believe most early Jewish commentators, including the RaMbaM, believe that Islam is a perfectly OK belief for non-Jews as long as they're not breaking any Noahide law. In other words, G-d would be the same.

one of the big things you are getting at is the names that are used to refer to as God. It is genraly accepted that God, Yahweh, and Allah are the same.

If you look at interaction between the religions you will see that they generaly create lanquage reffering to a single god. For example, lets say a Jewish man wants to bless a Muslim man. He wouldn't say "may your god bless you" or "may my god bless you", he would say "may yahweh bless you".

another way you could look at it is that Yahweh is actully a nickname, because according to belif God's name is so sacred it can not be used by man. So infact, we are all just using nicknames to refer to the same being.
