Muhummed is the most successful of all Prophets and religious personalities.
----Encyclopedia Britannica
I have studied him - the wonderful man - and in my opinion far from being an anti-Christ he must be called the saviour of humanity.
------------George Bernard Shaw in "The Genuine Islam"
Head of the State as well as the Church, he was Caesar and Pope in one; but, he was Pope without the Pope's pretensions, and Caesar without the legions of Caesar, without a standing army, without a bodyguard, without a police force, without a fixed revenue. If ever a man had the right to say that he ruled by a right divine, it was Muhummed, for he had all the powers without their supports. He cared not for the dressings of power. The simplicity of his private life was in keeping with his public life.
------------------Rev. R. Bosworth-Smith

America has always been in wars which never or mostly where not their own like:
The War of 1812; Mexican-American War; The Civil War; The Spanish-American War; World War I & II; The Korean War; Vietnam War; Desert Storm; and many more,
Even created Osama Bin Laden...and I hold them responsible for creating a man who eventually has taken to bombing America...
Well it is known fact that America has not sufficent proof to hold him responsible for 9/11 attack....and bombing Afganistan to fight terror...who gave them the right.....and where is osama even after all these years and now Iraq...What do they want...They are the one who have misrepresented the Islam and fanned the hatred against them..
Any comments are welcome

religions i believe are not compatiable with modern science. for example religions claim that homosexuality is wrong, while science has proven that homosexuality is a scientific truth. Religions talk about creation but modern science has discovered that we humans carry 97% of the chimp gene. I can go on and on , but my question is why cant religions welcome and incorporate scientific ideas in to their doctrines. ( while christians, jews, buddhists, hindus and zorastrians have welcomed some sort of modern scientific ideas and mixed them with their religious views, sadly muslims have not even taken this first step)

Sometimes it does seem so, since their wealthy people get away with so much! They must have God on their good side, or some very good "influences" up there. I have met many Israelies however, that do not agree with their Government's policies on war. My respects to them.

Is it a man and wife's duty to have children?
I ask because I have a friend who's husband suddently tells her that he will not have children with her. Isn't this against Muslim law?
Sorry for my ignorance, and thank you for your answers.

Misyar seems like a new practice among Muslims and especially Salafi/Wahbi people or modern Muslim in various parts of the world.

I need to check what support does it have in Quran?

Also:
Isn't it a kind of legal / religious provision for men / women [(those are not rich (Ghani as condition set in Quran 24/33 Sura Noor Ayah 33) for getting married easily and prevent themselves from committing sin of social meetings (dating) or intimate relation?

I need to know what benefits does it offer to women, or it is just for the benefit of men only?

Is it a must for them to live in separate houses or can they live together?
What are other conditions (balance between rights and responsibilities of each other)?

Is it for second wife only or can any one find first wife under this provision?

(Here I use the St. Augustine division of the commandments):

1. Worshipping other gods is legal in the USA.
2. Using the name God in any context is legal in the USA.
3. Working on Sunday is legal.
4. Dishonouring family members is legal.
5. *** Killing (murdering) is illegal in the USA.
6. Adultery is perfectly legal in the USA.
7. *** Theft is a crime in the USA.
8. *** In court, bearing false witness is a crime. Outside of court, it is debatable.
9. Coveting your neighbour's wife is legal.
10. Coveting anything you jolly well please is legal.

Thus at best three of the ten commandments correspond with US law (there are different ways to divide the commandments, but you should still get a total of three however you do it).

Do people who say the above sentence speak from ignorance of the Bible or from ignorance of American law?
