Well, I believe that your gut feeling is your guide. I don't think anyone will ever know. Use faith. All of the major religions have the same major focus areas, with islamic extremist being an exception, to guide man through the journey of life. I think organized religion is a means to silence the masses, however. To find out for yourself I suggest taking a couple of weeks and going camping in the wilderness, meditate and spend some time with nature. I know you have probably heard all of this before. I hope I could help. Mike

The answer is simple, we don't.

For a long time, the vast amount of religions in our world have been different in terms of gods, practices, traditions and geographical origin. However, I think there is one thing all religions have in common, they give you important values to live by. You may be worshipping Allah, or you may be following Hinduism. Though Muslims can eat beef and not pork, and Hindus can eat Pork but not beef. These two religions, though in different mothods and through different traditions, teach you how to be a good person, and how to function as an active, contributing member of your community. All religions give their followers values to live by, and these values help them become helpful, functioning members of their community.

I think that most religions preach the benefits and advantages of being good, helpful and thoughtfull people. And if God, Allah, the Gods of Hinduism, or enlightenment is real. Because we all have our versions of the ten commandments, I think the different religions will be able to accept those with good morals from other religions who devote themselves to following good moral values into their own versions of "heaven", whether these values are preached by Mohammed, Buddha, or Confuscius.

And I hope that the small minority of people in cults and religions with obviously bad morals will be able to find guidance and will get influenced by teachings of good values.

Well, God sent Jesus, who died for your (all of our) sins. He rose again, was seen by multitudes of people. He did miracles to back up the fact that He was the Son of God.
To begin with, Mohammed started out saying that there was only one God, he got sidetracked, and started preaching hate, and to kill all who weren't like him.
Jesus didn't, He said to love even your enemies, and to do good to those who maliciously use you. Jesus is alive and sitting at the right hand of Jehovah, God the Father. Mohammed is dead.
Gods spirit fills my heart, with peace, love, and joy. It was really empty without Him. May you also find that joy.

My learning lead me to say that Humans can clone, drafts, but not create.
thus I fond that Jesus was a man eat drinks, live and died, gave life to deads with the permission of God, but didn't create.
so I opted for Allah who is spirit.

set a standard of constantly consistent truth as the only acceptable guide line and then seek and you will find. This standard will guide you to all truths for there is only one who can meet this standard. it can only be met by one who is truth itself.

Do not seek to form doctrines and only accept standards that are flawless. The more you test truth the stinger it gets if it is the truth for truth begs to be tested always.

In my opinion I set one final standard which was justification of a just justice system and justification that the one who did declare that He was truth prove the He is justified to make that claim. When I did find that justification fully justified I was satisfied I had found the constantly consistent truth.

It worked for me and I hope it may be a help to you. When you make the truth your life and not just a way of life you will know that you have found it.
