What was it like? Were people nosy about your business? and how did you deal with neighbors and or "friends" that got too nosy..and knew more things about you then you even knew about you?

(I lived in an apartment complex where everybody knew pretty much everybody's business....I hated that!!!!) It's no fun.....so I was just curious about the town situations....but, if you have an apartment story too share, that is okay too! LOL!

Is your GF/Wife boring?

I swear every woman i have been in a long term relationship bores the living hell outta me after a while.

Its the same thing, they always wanna talk about their day NO MATTER how mundane and inconsequential it was.

A 30 second statement about how they ran into a old friend from highschool becomes a 15 minute story, complete with traffic details, what they ate for lunch, and what was on sale at the store.

So i started wondering how many other guys have this problem where their women are boring them to insanity.

Note, while this is a question directed at men, i am SURE there are some overly chatty ladies that just cant help but reply to this question, even when no one is talking TO them.

I am a fund raiser, my job is to go to the street and stop people and ask them to donate. If you are the "people", what would move you and make a decision to donate? What do you wanna know and what do you care?

Why is it that the act of killing seems to be overlooked in the interest of protecting peace, freedoms, ways of living, i.e. war, capital punishment, and even in some cases of self defense when we as a society often condemn those who kill for other reasons to death? What is the difference? How do we justification for the act of killing?

Why do people take the time to personalize an 'avatar' to look like themselves? Can't you just upload a real picture? I especially can't stand the ones where people actually mimic their sad/scowling faces in cartoon form... You can't even pretend to be happy or not-overly-aggressive in the virtual world? Oh and I really think it's insane that people actually pay a monthly fee to create an 'avatar' that lives in some virtual world... I heard some moronic college instructor say that he actually has his classes meet there... Who else thinks this is ridiculous? Like the younger generation, or anyone for that matter, needs to live in a virtual world to meet friends, have conversations, etc. I don't remember the name of the 'game/virtual avatar world' but what a joke!! Does anybody know what I'm talking about? Better yet, does anybody subscribe to that crap? Just thought I'd waste a few minutes...

If you had prearranged for somebody to pick you up on a certain day, and they were booked for speeding on their way to picking you up, then who should pay the fine? They insist that you should, as they were on their way to picking you up. You say that the pick-up was arranged to the day before, and therefore you are not responsible for their speeding. What do you guys think?

i have trouble opening up to ppl. i act as if im always okay and never tell anyone whats wrong b/c when ever i did they never helped me or listened or cared. i also dont b/c i dont like to go around telling my "sob" story to ppl. everyone has their own "sob " story and i dont want to be a attention seeker. the problem with this is i get lonely and i dont have many friends. but i know if i open up no one cares b/c i am always interuppted by ppl and no one listens. i feel worthless. i dont now what to do?!

My bosses son comes into work a few times a week, he doesnt work he just floats around the place, mostly annoying the people that work here.

It started with a bit of verbal abuse, calling me 'stupid' and 'dummy' and threatening to punch me etc. And then the last few times he has been here he has punched and hit me. He doesnt go for the face, mostly in the upper leg and stomach, it hurts in certain spots especially

My boss saw him doing it on one occassion and told him to stop, he laughed and walked away, but as soon as my boss was out of sight he came back and did it again.

Now dont get me wrong, he punches and hits me, but I could take him if I wanted to, I just dont hit back, because the last person employed that did that got sacked. He is quite small, possibly why he hits people, and his punches are pretty weak, I just cant get a lot of work done while being abused.

How can I get him to stop? I dont want to have to go to my boss, it seems weak.

The English have purposed that we have all the same time to stop jet lag and such.Such as the australians have Xmas dinner in the summer.So it would be like this what ever time it is in that area of england it is everywhere around the world.I think this is a good idea.So darkness would be like day time to some people and eventually we all will be getting up doing same things at the same time no matter if it is dark or light.What do you think about this?i think this is a wonderful idea.

I'm white and originally from Maryland, there weren't many Asian women in Maryland. But recently I moved California where there are a lot more Asian women. I have recently developed a fondness for Asian women because it seems that they like white guys a lot more then other women. Is this true? And does it seem insecure for a guy to become attracted to a girl just because they like them?

if you could pick a different race, besides your own . what race would it be. to befriend,date,or marry. to simply come across someone that isn't your race but different. come now there should nothing wrong with answering this question (unless your racist). you meet different cultures and want to know more about them by being their friend, dating them, going to their country, or marring. so just tell what race would you pick but your own.

ME: i'll pick a Japanese person. i'll love to go to japan to learn their culture and befriend them, maybe even marry a japanese man later in life.

Based on the movie Premonition, I learned that there are real people who "they say" they know the future from a dream.they Actually dream whats going to happen tommorow. there was a show on TV called Real Premonitions on A&E channel. I watched it, and i think they do occur. watch that show if you have the chance, its interesting. Thanks
