What address shall my friend put in his Singapore identity card?

Recently he sold his house and he is working abroad. He have no permanent address in Singapore and have to wait for at least a year to purchase a HDB since his last property was landed.
In the meantime what address shall he put for his mails for correspondence?
I do not want to receive his mails.

Why are uniforms always so ugly and drab? It seems like so many businesses make their employees wear dull?

drab clothing. Alot of people would probably say that one doesn't have to work at the job but no everyone has a choice to change jobs. I have to wear certain colors and a style of clothing that doesn't suit me at all. As a result I will not work on any day I am off no matter how shorthanded my employer may be because I like to wear my nice clothes on my days off and I feel more confident in my own clothes. Police, firefighters, deliverymen, etc might need to wear clothes that identify them but why does anyone in a fastfood restaraunt, department store, or anystore for that mattter need to dress alike? We wear nametags and stand behind registers or counters so it's not like we aren't easy to find. Am I the only one who hates having to be a clone at work? I really hate uniforms and it does make me feel down when I change from my nice clothing into an ugly uniform. What's wrong with conservative casual attire when you work in a store?

What exactly makes a person "ugly"?

Can you explain in words exactly what makes a person ugly? I'm not talking about handicaps or weight issues. How is it that someone can say another person is ugly? Does dress sense have anything to do with it? Guys and girls nowadays dress themselves up a lot. Girls put thick make-up on and dress really nice. Guys style their hair and also follow some street dressing rules. If you take all these away and dress everybody in rags, can we then say people are ugly? Is it the lack of fashion that makes us determine who's ugly and who isn't?

Is there such thing as a Portuguese gang?

Hey, I'm new to this. Let me know if i'm doing anything wrong, hehe. Well, all around my life I've known about Afrian-Amercian, Caucasian, Asian, and Hispanic gangs. Honestly, as a Portuguese woman myself, I have no clue as to where Portugese falls on that line. But that's not what I'm wondering. I'm just wondering, are there any Portuguese gangs? Usually, any Portuguese I see in America are very joyful & whatnot. But I'm not sure. I know there's gangs all over, but never had I seen or heard any reports of any Portuguese youth that is gang affiliated. If you know anything about any of this, can you state some names of any Portuguese gang? And one more question, are Portuguese "allowed" to be in the hispanic gangs Nuestra Familia or Mexican Mafia ? (Also known as "Norte Y Sur") Because I don't really see that much difference between the lines of Portuguese and Hispanic. If you cannot answer one question, please try to answer the other. Why can't people see Black people as individuals?

People on here are always asking questions about why black people act certain ways. Always clumping the whole race together as if we're all the same person with the same opinions and experiences. But these same people don't think of their whole race that way. If someone in their race does something negative they see a individual, if a Black or hispanic person does something it's put on the whole race and not the individual.
