I have...my sister has cancer and asked me to move in with her to take care of her...i lived alone and loved it! i thought i would have a harder time...i get very little privacy..my nephews are in and out of my bedroom and bathroom during my bath..my sister calls me for something pretty often...but it's ok.it's worth it for her.

I do in some cases. At the college I selected, I live with a roommate, which practically destroys the notion of privacy for mutual benefit. But I have the advantage of going to my school of choice.

Otherwise, I tend to value my privacy. And in government, I demand a right to it.

Sounds like fascist government rule to me. Without privacy there can be no individuality, thus no freedom of thought, which surely does not benefit humanity.

What kind of privacy? Tax or medical records - absolutely, as long as it's a personal choice, and not an act of the government. TV cameras in my bedroom - no way.

I don't think so, because only in my privacy can I regroup myself and reconstitute my energies so that I can be of benefit to others.
