I meant March 1st. Sorry people, someone else told me what to say and it was wrong so now I'm fixing it. SORRY!

I also knew a person who was born on a leap year, and he usually celebrates his birthday either on Febrary 28 or March 1.

Why April 1st? Don't you mean March 1st? I wouldn't think there would be a lot of people that would wait for four years to celebrate their birthday. Usually it's either on the 28th or 1st of March. It might even depend on the exact time of the day they were born (either during the AM or PM hours).
