brilliant people?

in other words what makes you feel they are really a sunshine of intelligence? The way they talk (besides w/ substance) their poise? what IS it?

They can always share their ideas about anything under the sun and while they breeze in every discussion, they have 'big' ears to listen to others, giving generous, positive comment in the process.

Brilliant people tend to see the world in completely different, unconventional ways. They also tend not to care what other people think of them, which some people may take as arrogance or indifference. They often lack "social skills".

If you have never heard of him, look up William Sidis. He was EXTREMELY brilliant (knew 40 languages, IQ of 300, went to Harvard at 9 yrs. old!). But he had a sad life.................

i beleive who people call brilliant is someone they definetly know is more intelligent than them, and has greater ideas than the ones the can think of.so u can call a person brilliant, while someone else migth see him as dull.but in most cases, the majority sees the person as being more inteligent than the majority

I suppose that I am one such, and am married to another. We quickly grasp, and can do detailed analysis, of complex concepts, and can explain them in terms that are understandable.
