Ok, so out class is having a huge debate tomorow. Half the class (im part of that half)has to argue about the fact that women did, infact, gain all thier rights. They have alot of rights now adays and etc.. The other half has to say that women still have a few rights. The teacher put me in the half that says women have alot of rights, and they gained all thier rights.. Please help me it has alot of marks and i dont know what to say, i need to back it up with some examples! please help me! thankyou so much in advance

This is meant to be funny, so I want some funny comments or opinions.

Don't get me wrong, I don't mind the "good morning', short comment conservation. But, this older guy and older lady who work in the cubicles next to me every freakin' morning have a cup of coffee and talk and talk and talk.........I can't stand it. And b/c I'm younger they like to come into my cube, and have their conservations. After a while I become so disinterested in what they are talking about I just act like I'm not paying attention.
Older people, and coffee in the morning are a mix that drive me crazy. You find yourself talking to someone over the fax machine in the copy room for 30 minutes, a little world politics, outsourcing, emails, weather, family, meetings, lunch yesterday, all the while your trying to get the damn piece of paper through the machine. I just want to blurt out 'shut up' sometimes. What's anyones take on this? I know there are some of you who agree about old peeps and coffee.

honestly, no funny business. I am a little bored and find myself just watching movies and reading books all day long. I clean the house and try to cook a little. as i live in the countryside and currently only have one car with is my partners, i find myself stuck in this hosue with not much to do. I cant get an animal yet, as we hope to move in the future, i cant get a job due to langauge problems, as i am currently learning the langauge.

any ideas?

I was watching ABC news last week, and they did a report on gangs in America. And it sickened me. ABC showed how they beat each other up over turf, drugs, and new members. And in many cases, kill innocent people who were just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Even children. One of the cases a little 5 year old was sleeping in her bed, and some gang did a driveby and a stray bullet went through the house and killed the little girl while she was sleeping. Another was a few month old baby, the parents accidently ended up in the wrong area, and gang members thought they their car belonged to someone in a rival gang, and shot the car up. The bullet that pierced and killed the baby was about 2 inches long.

If gang members are so tough why not join the military and put that fighting to good use.
