occasional they do try and block stuff. like 4chan.org try it on your isp a lot of isp will block this domain. And the Chinese government blocks a lot of the Internet for there citzens. I would prefer to be able to choose which sites i want to view and which ones i don't rather than being forced to do so. I don't think it is the isp responsibility in the first place. If i get caught speeding in my car it's not the fault of VW or the Petrol station that i filled up at it's my fault. same with the Internet. it's not the isp fault if i want to download illegal filth because they provided me with the means, it would be my fault. I would prefer to be aloud to download that stuff and be arrested than to be blocked out.

Sir, because of this.
-) Spyware infested pc's can redirect your searches to such sites, causing you to visit such sites unintended (innocent people accused of wrongs). As simple as a trial program, can install a backdoor trojan silently behind your back, & you never know till....
-) Mis-typing searches, can lead to oops!!!
-) People searching for information about certain offenders can come across..., you guessed it!
-) People who look at legit stuff, are sometimes presented with borderline material (are they 15? 17? 18?) How do you tell, since ages are NOT usually stamped on the pics, and some people appear older than they are, while others appear younger (but are really older) I am 28, but some people have said I look about 18 or 20.
So, do you begin to see the confusion? The REAL problem is the people who post it. Trying to stop legit users who accidently access that, its like mowing a lawn, trying to stop weeds. They always return.
You cannot get rid of the problem, till you get rid of it at its root, source. Uproot the weed, no more problem. You see, you need to take the people who are PRESENTING this material off the web.
Only then, can we be safe.
Hope this helped you understand. Lawsuits against ISP for false accusations? What would YOU do?
It is trickier than you think, bro. Thanks!

The Internet is a mine field in its self, the simple solution is to close down the sites when first discovered, a difficult task indeed, because they just start up again under a different name. Legislation is needed in all countries to stop this sort of thing being allowed to be broadcast. And yes! people who log on to the sites are as guilty.

u.s. had loose immigration with protection tension service a a hundred years in the past. Why not now? Socialization and the huge unconstitutional debt it places on society is the undertaking. I wish the media might document what the actual undertaking is with freedom at present...its now not loose.
