Let's see---we have an oil man in the White House now whose buddies are mostly big business tycoons. All he has to do is rattle some sabers in the Middle East, and the gas prices go sky-high. I'm sure that as soon as we get someone sane in there who doesn't cater to industry, we'll have a much better economy, and a much better relationship with the rest of the world.

Don't count on it.
Gas Prices are high for many reasons.
The Chinese are 2 billion people who are rapidly industrializing and buying a large percentage of the world's oil supply.
Saudi and other middle eastern oilfields are past their peak production and will only be producing less and less.
Liberals in the US Congress have persistently blocked several attempts to open up new oil reserves on American soil.
Al Gore's book "Earth in the Balance" claimed that gasoline at a price of $4.00 a gallon or more would be preferable and that he would work to quadruple or more the taxes charged on petroleum products.
No politician profits from high oil prices. Bush, Gore, Lieberman, and company all have their investments held in "Blind Trust"-- meaning they have no control over the money, where it is invested, or even knowledge about the name of the trustee in charge of it. The trustee will go to great length to avoid investments that give an appearance of an improper connection...

Probably not,..... he (bush)has messed things up so badly, when the next president comes into office, they are going to have a million and one things that need to be reworked, revised and re-evaluated. It is sad to say that the next president is going to be coming into an unproductive and dis-functional position. One in which is already probed and scrutinized because of the lack of judgment of a private agenda drive president that we have now!
so... again... probably not

No....Bush doesn't raise the prices. As long as the oil is in the Middle East we will have gas price issues.

Since Boosh is in league with the eeeevil oil companies, it only stands to reason that the gas prices will skyrocket when he's out of office.

No. The problems created by the Bush administration and all the idiots who voted for him TWICE will take years if not generations to fix.
