ok i have a midterm tomorrow and it's Constitutional law, i did all the birefs because it's daily...the thing is there are 15 briefs, which i did all, but didnt type all of them..i dont have to type all of them, but since it's open book, i wanted to save some time by being organized...i am so tired, like really tred and i typed 8 cases and i have 7 left...so if u were me, would just type the rest or just bring the notebook to class and pray time doesnt run out on u? i am so tired right now and my class is at 12 30 tomorrow...what would u do? thank u!

Can a person 40 & over, Overcome under acheiving in life? Just recently receiving a high school education, but no job, have children, no transportation living in a BIG metro area(where without it your kind of S.O.L.). The economy is dead in the city that they live in and also a place where people with bachelors and masters degrees have no jobs. all answers appreciated..

Recently I went to myspace videos and typed "russian soldier" cause I wanted to see some cool uniforms and guns. The first video I looked showed how a soldier's throat was slashed with a knife. It was horrible, they just stabbed him in the neck and opened his throat. I can still hear those horrible sounds.
Since then I feel like crying and throwing up. What can I do?

I've just noticed that more often than not, people say the stupidest stuff I've ever heard. Sometimes I just wonder how people can actually think they're being useful when they open their mouth. And a lot of the times, they attempt to solve a problem by giving a common sense solution...a solution that no doubt in my mind everyone has already thought of and immediately eliminated because it just won't work. Yet, they open their dumb mouth anyway. Can anybody seriously tell me why people say dumb things, and if its attributed to their intelligence? I obviously think that dumb questions are a result of incompetence. But tell me what you think. Cheers.

My class recently read a story in which an individual was putting snuff up his nose. "He shouted for two of his comrades and ordered them to hold onto him tightly while he reached into his boot to retrieve his snuffbox and refill his nose, which had been frostbitten six times." Could someone explain this to me please?
If it helps, this story was set in Russia.

every now and then. you hear a politicians say that video games cause violence. so they say there doing studies on it but haven't we already done these studies. it was done with comic books and Elvis hips and on and on.

do we really think were little monkeys that do what ever we see an why do we always mention kids when we are talking about stuff meant for adult. why do we keep blaming other things for mental an evil people actions. whats up with that.

How do you spoil someone who cannot do for themself? To me this is a precious time of bonding.As they get older and start knowing the right from the wrong, and the ability to do age related things for them selves, than i believe spoiling may begin. by the child using manipulation with the parents...If they whine or throw fits,the parents give in,etc..to avoid conflict mostly and from there it snowballs...(my opinion)
