I am disabled, I use crutches but there are times when I am having a bad spell I find myself wheelchair bound. I am in excruciating pain twenty four seven and I take morphine for the pain. I have recently developed a heart problem due to having to use morphine.
Now once a week I attend a country and western night at a local venue but in order for me to access the venue I have to climb a flight of stairs and when I do eventually get up the stairs I have to sit and try and hold the toilet in all night because the toilets are down stairs.
If I should be going through a bad spell and have to use my wheelchair then I can't even go to the club.
Now I was under the impression that all public buildings should be accessable to disabled people.
Don't get me wrong and before anyone thinks of getting on there high horse I am not winging or asking for special treatment here all I am asking for is to have the same rights and access as abled bodied people to entertainment.

Yea, that sounded extremely emo but I was bored and was doing the math about it. Seventy or so years always sounds like a long time, but when you put it in days it seems pretty short. What are you doing with your days and your life?

It is so painfully obvious that Naomi Campbell is just ghetto trash. Why can't people come to grips with the truth about her? She has no education, is incredibly rude, angry, ugly, will do anything for money, has no inclination to control herself at anytime, lazy, and is highly, highly emotional. In other words, she's a black female.

OK, so waaaaaaay back in the past, males were the dominant gender while females were the weak damsels in distress who only existed to cook, clean, keep the house clean and have babies. Now, in modern times, women are fighting back and claiming power. But a lot of the time, women can say what they want about men, yet if men make comments about women, they're either called sexist pigs, perverts, woman-beaters, or a combination of the three. Women fought for equal rights, but it's not happening even now! Will the two genders ever truly be equal, or are we doomed to a repeating cycle of one gender dominating over the other?

As I understand it, the word "conservative" comes from the word "to conserve" (to preserve, to retain, etc.) Conservatives want to preserve the status quo in society. But, as history teaches us, human society always moves forward. It can never stop. Logically it follows that conservatives will inevitably lose. Are conservatives too stupid to understand this?
