Does anyone else have a problem with single mothers who: [let me say I do not think this of all single mothers; just the ones who are really out to scam the system)

1. Have kids and expect us tax payers to support them
2. Have kids to the same man over and over whilst still collecting the pension
3. Seem to always have money to go out on 'pension week' to pick up a man, but then end up at charities the following week to get help paying their bills
4. Are seen every pension week buy a new outfit for themselves while their kids run around looking grotty

I have tried asking this question before but Yahoo removed it - I hope this gets through, because I really would like another persons perspective - maybe a single mothers point of veiw.

I am a teacher who LOVES what I do... I'm just wanting some inspiration or thoughts about what your teachers have done to impact your life and the consequences (good or bad) of their actions. It would be interesting if you would also tell when (i.e. what grade / elementary / middle / high/ college... etc.)

In H.S. had one teacher who really helped me in a personal way, asked how to repay her once, she said Just touch one life and consider me paid... I've defined my life by it.

Also, had another teacher "mentor" ask the day after graduation if he could say something to me now that I was "a woman" - thinking great words of advice, I said, sure. He said "Baby you can sit on my face anytime." I still am devastated that he said that and learned that even idols are just human scum sometimes.

What's your story?

Stocks had their worst day of trading since the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks Tuesday, hurtling the Dow Jones industrials down more than 400 points on a worldwide tide of concern that the U.S. and Chinese economies are stumbling and that share prices have become overinflated.

I am almost 28 years old working in the financial industry. I recently started going to college @ night and my company pays for it. I feel like these are good things about my job, but I just feel like the path I am headed down is no the one I want. I started working in an office enviroment when I was 19 with the exception of 4 months. So, basically it's all I know. It's been really hard for me to concentrate on school b/c I have just lost interest. It's hard for me to work in the industry I work b/c I am an Idealist. Making money and the bottom line just don't cut it for me anymore. I have recently started having sleep loss just thinking about my future.

I don't feel like I am the only one though with these type of problems. My parents generation would devote their life to a company in hopes of a good pension. Of course this has changed.

With all the uncetainies of the world's future do you think people are starting to have mid life crisis early in live?

Why do we have stereotypes of people? for example.. most people expect black people to be all like, yo yo yo wassup?! Or how people expect blondes to be dumber than a sack of hammers? I mean, some black people don't say that kind of stuff, and some blondes are very smart. Why do we judge people on how they look? You can't know a person's personality just because they are black or blonde or something..

Certainly not all towns, hospitals, schools etc. are equal....but I mean the equal chance to succeed in life as the rest of Americans. If they do have equal opportunities to succeed, why haven't they taken advantage of them as often as they should? If they don't, then who/what is keeping them down? Are more social programs needed to help blacks out? If so, what programs should we give them? I live near Newark, which has every social program ever invented implimented there, and it is a dump. How come? I don't mean to make this a political issue as much as I'm just trying to get real answers to solve these problems.
