Well, I hate the one that says you're skinny, so you must be anorexic. I've always been the same size and people would talk about me, saying I had anorexia. I weighed the same as everyone else, but my frame just seemed smaller. It got so aggravating!

Do you mean about people? I mean this as a true compliment- but I think Asians in general care more about education. I see this when I go to the library--all the Asian moms with their kids taking out all these books. And there were so many Asians in my HS who were in honors are were wonderful at instruments, especially string instruments. I know it's a stereotype that Asians are smart, but I think education is valued in their culture which reflects it in how the kids grow up

All stereotypes come from alittle bit of truth, so I believe all of them, in a way. But I don't treat people any differently because of these stereotypes.

Stereotypes are not pulled out of thin air. There is some validity to stereotypes.

honestly i dont agree with any stareotypes although i use them as jokes but the truth of the matter is you cant categorize any ppl every single persons different and some ppl may share certain characteristics but that doesnt mean everyone the same

None. Stereotyping someone is basically stripping them of there indivuality. And everyone is different.

I beleive that there are many people that fit in to all sterotypes but also many that dont fit in to any.

how white people think every asian knows kung fu...i swear being an azn.....i say about 80 percent of my friends asked me one time at least if i knew kung fu..
