Why is the world in such bad shape?

The world is in such a bad shape because we humans have put it in a bad shape. The more we advance in technology and things of that nature the more we destroy the earth. But I'm not saying we shouldn't advance, I just think we should be more careful and conservative. And we have people that become murderers, robbers, abusers, sexual predators, and things of those nature. So there's no one to blame for ourselves because afterall who invented T.v? We did. (In reference to the 1st answer)

If you're talking wars, I shouldn't give my take on that as I'm not a Bush fan.

If you're talking crime, well economic situations affect crime rates. People will do whatever it takes to survive, as times get harder people are more apt to steal, kill, rape, whatever makes them feel satisfied. Not to mention the psychologial attributes.

If you're talking in General, it's human nature to be at the top. When everyone out there thinks they have to be better than others that is when you get all of the lovely things that are bad in society. Not to mention as I said before a lot of it is also psychological and all that.

A) The human race, as a whole, is stupid.

As email communications are somewhat private, I feel it is my duty to the American People to publicly answer your questions with the classified data I have collected throughout the years:


It is indeed my opinion that the Jamaican People are responsible in this shift from prosperity to extremely dire times. Now, you may blame this on the thieving Iraqis or the lying Brits but I have seen substantial evidence that it is indeed the Jamaican race that has such a fundamental impact on the overall well being of this planet we call Earth. Jamaicans not only believe that global warming exists(which raises the price on gas, thus increasing hostilely between the middle east and the civilized world), but also think it is their duty to inform others of the value of the Jamaican coconut, which in turns lowers the market price of a American coconuts, which, as a result, lowers the value of coconut pickers, increasing the unemployment rate in America ,which leads to a national recession, which I have to deal with and attempt to correct singlehandedly.

The aforementioned Jamaicans pretend that they are doing the world a "service", when in fact they are conspiring with unknown creatures from the outer rim of the Antennae Galaxy, (the ring tail galaxy). The following is a wiretapped conversation between the Jamaican Prime Minister Portia Simpson-Miller and an unidentifiable voice known only as "Zouluf":

Miller: Greetings Zouluf, you honor us with your presence in our humble solar system.

Zouluf: Prime Minister we have no time for pleasantries. Our race is in dire need of what you call coconuts, for without them, as you know, we will parish.

Miller: I understand that Zouluf, however we simply do not have the amount you require.

And that, unfortunately, is where the communique ends. It is however, apparent that the Prime Minister is conspiring with unknown creatures with seemingly frightening implications. I have contacted my sources, and expect an update on this situation soon. In the meantime I expect you to do some searching of your own, because as Americans, we can stand together against unforeseeable odds.

well interesting question , but I would say the media makes people think the world is in such bad shape to keep them in fear . as for the world as a whole , well the reason is because the world is controlled and manipulated to be that way
