ok i have a midterm tomorrow and it's Constitutional law, i did all the birefs because it's daily...the thing is there are 15 briefs, which i did all, but didnt type all of them..i dont have to type all of them, but since it's open book, i wanted to save some time by being organized...i am so tired, like really tred and i typed 8 cases and i have 7 left...so if u were me, would just type the rest or just bring the notebook to class and pray time doesnt run out on u? i am so tired right now and my class is at 12 30 tomorrow...what would u do? thank u!

Get some sleep. You will do much better on the midterms than without sleep. Organized is fine, but if you have the info somewhere to bring, don't worry about typing it all. Sleep and aclear head is much better than neat notes.

Your health is more important than your homework. Take a break. If you really need to have it handed in, just tell the teacher the truth about what happened.

just work on it for thirty minutes or so, and if you can't handle it, go ahead and rest.
it's better to rest than not to rest at all.
you need to save your energy.
