...what do you honestly think about this?

I'm finding more and more people, friends and acquaintances, who do. Just curious to see. Honest answers are easy, as we're all running avatars and pseudonymns! I'm not being judgemental in any way. I drink a lot myself.

Seems tesco recently imported 70 polish workers to UK to work in thier stores, as they said they couldn't fill the vacancies from uk workers, seems kind of strange to me as i know lot of peeps in uk who applied to tesco and got knocked back ...so is it right to import from another country instead ?

As a UK citizen, and proud of my nationality and my country despite its faults, I was talking recently about it and we agreed that despite being over taxed, the crappy weather, the political correctness gone mad and the chav culutre... we really would stick by this country of ours

However, with the possibility of far right groups like the BNP getting the popular vote, and the state instituted racism that would follow, would something like that make you think about leaving?

(it might me, depends the extent and brutality. I have many friends who have foreign passports but were born here and are as English as I. I wouldnt live in a country that tore families and society apart. After the immigrants, who next? Gays? Gypsies? You cant deport them, so what happens to them? I am proud of being British for the right reasons, and if I lost that I wouldnt be able to stay here)

And to the people that HAVE left, what was it that made you go? Do you consider your nationality left behind?

Do you think modern life has made women work so hard they don't have as much time for romance?

Do you think women are more or less romantic due to technology?

Do you think technology is interfering with lives because of the steep learning curves, or do you think it is the greatest thing ever made?

I just don't understand why people do this. If someone out there knows why then maybe we can figure out how to stop the litter.

I work in retail, operating a cash register. This is a job I've proudly had for two years and have always been liked by my customers.

On Wednesday, a man came through my line with a disgusting black smudge on his forehead...I reached under my counter and handed him a tissue while making a motion with my hand over my forehead (trying to give this gentleman the hint he needs to wipe his forehead).

Not getting the hint, the guy asked 'what are you inferring', to which I told him about the mess on his forehead.

This gentleman was IRATE and asked to see my manager...

Yesterday, I was fired from my job for not respecting others beliefs....how on earth could I get fired for telling a guy about a mess on his forehead and offering a tissue???

If I have something hanging from my nose, I would liked to be notified...

I believe the latter more than the former applies more aptly to the majority of life's situations. Granted, it is a mixture of both, but the latter takes precedence. There has been more than once where someone's stupidity has directly affected the course of either mine or a close friend or family member's life.

Maybe I'm wrong but I get the sense people are more into giving the answer people want to hear. Or the answer that shows them in the best light. If you can't be honest with yourself who can you be honest to?

Because they are setting us up to be emasculated. Castrated, cutting off our balls! Taking away our manhood, as women are
more insecure than men by nature. And therefore must
constantly manipulate men into a position where men look like the
one that is weak. This satisfies their "self-inflicted" guilt!

Picture the scene. You are sitting in your living room with your wife/girlfriend watching a thriller. Someone on screen is murdered and all you see is the hand holding the murder weapon. Why does your other half ask "who did that?". Or someone breaks into an office and starts looking through the drawers of a desk why do they ask "what is he looking for?". Do they think that, despite seeing exactly the same amount of the story as they have, you have been made privy to some extra information because you are a man?
