I just don't understand why people do this. If someone out there knows why then maybe we can figure out how to stop the litter.

Angry thoughtless People who don't care about the rest of the world because they are young or troubled. Most Folk stop doing it when they mature a bit, the rest that remain incorrigible are just mentally ill or mildly retarded in a social or emotional sense and should be pitied.

I don't know why people think it is ok to litter, I also hate it when people throw their cigarettes out the window it is just terrible!!

To keep their car clean..Its better than throwing it on your car floor isn't it. If some people didn't litter a lot of other people would be out of a job.
