okay. im american but i volunteer at a place where tourists come from everywhere around the world and i love meeting them. ive asked some of my friends who are from different countries what they think of americans. i respect the honest yet kind opinions like we tend to be ungrateful, unaware of international problems that dont concern us, etc. and i can totally understand that because sad as it may be for the most part its true. i think privileged americans find it hard to relate because we are born with the bare necessities and much more. i do try to keep myself aware of things happening everywhere-its just the right the to do. but really dont like it when foreigners are ignorant calling us "rude, stuck up, etc" its like have you met every1 in the u.s.? americans who do the same to foreigners are just as ignorant without a doubt. anyway i can blab 4ever. what do you think? message me if u wanna know more! l8ter loves!!

why is it that intellectualism is so often associated with the arts? music, art, and literature to be more specific. what about science and math, logic, things that actually exist? since when do you have to be a communist hippy or a stuck-up museum geek to be an intellectual?

I have friends who slept with Asian women and suddenly became obsessed with them. They no longer cared about any other women except for Asian ones. They said Asian women have very tight vaginas that make sex much better then with other women. Some even said that its because Asian women have extra muscles in their vagina. haha i love this question...what do you think? i personally love reality tv. even though most of it isnt too "real". its all in good fun on the surface but is it dangerous to our society (im american) watching excess tv is a serious contribution to obesity ( im a chub chub), ignorance, laziness, our youth reading less, etc. i love it BUT too much of anything is bad. anyway on a less serious note: who watches i love new york? i love that show dammit! message me if you want darlings! l8ter!

I feel like I should have been born in late 20s or early 30s. Being around during the 1950's would have been wonderful. I love it- the movies, the music, the clothes, how gentlemen had more manners, it was the age of innocence.

Even though on web forums and in chat rooms (I admit it I have no life hehe) you see people type things like 'if only you would have left us in africa our lives would be da bombz0rz' would it really be better? Africa has been famous for its civil unrest for a long time. Could it possibly be a benefit for those generations that lived after slavery in the U.S. ended that the generations before them were taken from Africa?

Why is it that if I call someone a fat,ugly so and so the police would probably ignore it but if I called someone a black so and so I'd definitely get hauled in.
Whether someone is black, white ,fat, ugly, small, tall or whatever an insult is an insult and should surely receive equal treatment.

I have heard of weddings costing 25,000 or more. Would this be better to put towards a house or something more important than a big show-off party? to start your relationship saddled with a big debt that means nothing seems like a reason that many marriges fail. i am just thinking. why are americans and their media make big deal about everything they dont like? example- the blackout in new york in summer of 2006. How everyone got upset at conedison. damn it just deal with the black out and stop friggin sueing them. Americans are also criticizing the war in Iraq like hell, they just dont stop. Learn about Vietnam war and compare it to iraq war, you will see the situation Bush is in and you will see why he waged the war (dumb public, they dont see the politic side of the war), these are jst few examples. Everything that happens that they dont like, they blame on others and start getting on everyone elses nerves. Get with it, life is not perfect and stop overdramatizing every friggin thing. Who agrees? (if you dont' you are one of them)

I think sometimes they think I'm incompatient of doing anything worth doing. I have been working this company for a whole year and the ONLY THING that I dont know how to do is the mangers cash out for the day and things of this nature. But everything else I can do and do it very well the general manager and the regional manager told me this themselves. They even said I have the poteintal to be a manager. But I have stated early to a shift manager that at this time in my life I'm not looking to work here for 10 to 15 yrs. Its fast food for Christ-sake. So I really I'm really thinking about getting another job! I've tried to convence myself that they do this to give new people a shot. But my friend said its cause your black and they only let go so fare up the ladder before the stop you. Can you believe that! Nowadays I just dont know what to think anymore! & I try to be open minded.
