Even though on web forums and in chat rooms (I admit it I have no life hehe) you see people type things like 'if only you would have left us in africa our lives would be da bombz0rz' would it really be better? Africa has been famous for its civil unrest for a long time. Could it possibly be a benefit for those generations that lived after slavery in the U.S. ended that the generations before them were taken from Africa?

And before the 'white boy' comments start, i'm not racist. Its too bad people still hate others because of their beliefs or color.

I watched an Oprah show several years ago after her and Steadman visited Africa and she said "We are not as African as we would like to believe. We are black Americans." She said this about moving back to Africa, it is nonsense, even the Africans do not want us there, they do not consider us African-Americans they think of us as Americans.

That is a very interesting question. A bad means to a good end. Our economy (shared by all Americans) probably would not have been as strong for the industrial revolution if not for slavery. It was a terrible chapter in our history, no question, but who knows what things would be like here if it never occured.

africa is full of slavery, corruption, AIDS,cannibalism (look it up, it's true), muti killings (look it up) and radical islam (not native, but imposed by arab imperialism, a fact NEVER decried by liberals who LOVE to rail against empires, but only when they're based in america or europe.) american blacks have it so good, but they won't admit it, cuz they still get power by ranting against evil mighty whitey. also remember, blacks were slaves in africa BEFORE they were sold to americans. so if they hadn't been shipped HERE, they would still have been slaves THERE, and probably would be still. i think the fact that so few american blacks want to move to africa (any african country!) is proof that they are much better off than most of them would like to admit.

So what I propose you do is examine some center passage money owed, examine books by Black historians which contain John Henrik Clarke and John G. Jackson, circulate to the African American museum of historic previous in Maryland in Baltimore Md., inspect statistics with regards to the crime fee in West African international locations while in comparison with predominantly Black metropolises right here in usa of america, inspect wellbeing statistics between West Africans while in comparison with African individuals, in comparison the point of education of West Africans via the Diaspora while in comparison with African individuals, learn examine and learn. i think of after doing so which you would be ashamed for paying for into this disgusting concept. additionally tell your pal Uncle Ruckus to p.c.. up a e book or 2 examine for him/herself besides.

Nope.
If I steal all your money and one day, your decendant becomes rich, what i did was still wrong.
Decendants of american slaves still mostly live in poverty within the US and other countries.
