I feel like I should have been born in late 20s or early 30s. Being around during the 1950's would have been wonderful. I love it- the movies, the music, the clothes, how gentlemen had more manners, it was the age of innocence.

It could be that you were around in the 20s or 30s, in a past existence and you are simply longing for some of those past experiences.

I feel like I was around in ancient Rome. Have no idea why that is. But my interest in that culture and the Empire is huge. It would've been a hard time to be alive, but there you have it. I also would've like to have been a young person in the 60s--very exciting era of change and revolution. Plus there were a lot of great bands starting up.

All that being said, it's a lot easier living now what with the advances in biochemistry, etc. And being a female in any time period except very recent Western history would have been a complete drag.

Yeah, me too. I would have liked to have been a young pilot in WWII. America really pulled together for that war because it was obviously a war you could believe in. I don't like war, dont' get me wrong, but the feeling of unity and patriotism intrigues me. Also, yes, the innocence and the way that people found things to do with each other instead of watching TV and yes, sitting in front of the computer. I love the music of the period, the styles, and of course, those Golden Age of Aviation airplanes!

You might like the future. Think of no war, no crime, no fear, no suffering, all men are gentlemen and women ladies. Imagine not locking your door because- doors don't lock anymore. A sense of humor will not mean spouting out filthy speech. What do you think, does that sound terrific? Remember Jesus' promise that the meek would inherit the earth. We're actually living in a very exciting period of time, and I don't think I would trade it because it's wonderful to know that God's Kingdom will soon bring about happiness for the human family.

I was absolutely born in the wrong time period. I should have been born at least 1500 years earlier than I was.

Somtimes I wish i lived in the 60's or 70's. My twin sister wishes she lived somtimes in the late 1800s cause she thinks i would be so cool to just ride your horse everywhere you go and she thinks the guys back then were such gentlemen(not to mention, cowboys are hot).

Yes - everybody. It's called nostalgia.

Ah, the late 20s early 30s - war widows, depression, economic meltdown, no antibiotics, gathering polical clouds in Germany and Italy.
