well no is the answer , i do social work is a small work but i help people to learn how to read i hope it makes a difference

internet access is near the cities and yes many people have access to internet at the cafes. they pay someone a tiny bit of money or barter to write a email or document for them .
I've met them that way on dating sites of India

man....i have seen uneducated RICKSHA WALAS and THELA WALAS going to the cyber cafe in groups in the evening, to browse p o r n sites like DESIBABA and DESIMAMA.com by paying @Rs. 40/- per hour.

This is INDIA.
