Well, making you depressed, was probably the motive in not talking to you.
Obviously you said something that not purposefully showed some aspect of you that she found insulting. You may not have meant it, or didn't think it was something which she should have taken offense from. However she may be right in doing so.
I suggest buying her a lolly pop, or Haribo; it cheers me up , so why not her?
Being mean is women's way of getting things done. So slave it up and get down on your knees and buy that fur coat for which she has been craving and that exquisite diamond ring she has visualized so many times on her finger with much passionate feeling .

Some would say it has something to do with their monthly cycle but in reality I think it is because they have to deal with us men who as a whole are usually a$$holes.
