Hi I am going to san francisco for a week and am totally out of ideas on what souvenirs or gifts to get for my co-workers. Since I didnt get them anything on new years eve i want to make sure i get something nice for them. Any suggestions??

You need to consult your employees manual regarding gifts.
But, being in SF, which is close to Napa Valley, I would think a few bottles of wine, or nice champagne would be considerate (if they consume adult beverages and are over 21).
But if it were me, I would not get my coworkers anything, unless it is the custom of the office to do so.
Depending on how much you want to spend, and the hobbies of the coworkers, you may also consider: Golden Gate Bridge paperweights, deck of cards, postcards, etc...
Refrain from sex toys as those could get you sued for sexual harrassment.
Hard Rock Cafe-San Francisco Shirts may make a gift for those that like such trendy fashions.
Giants, 49'ers stuff for the sports fans
Cookbooks for the home types.
