people in my school sometimes make jokes about bombings and me being aribic .
some kid keeps calling me a towle head.
does anyone else get that??

While empathetic with their plight, I can't help but wonder how many of our limited, tax-funded resources should be used in an effort to try and locate/save the climbers on Mt. Hood. Not only is it a tremendous expense but it puts rescue personnel's lives at risk as well. Shouldn't there be some point at which people are responsible for the consequences of their actions ?

Are men violent by nature? Why do they enjoy hard rock music, wrestling, contact sports, demolition derbys, monster cars, car racing, war games, competative olympics, video violence, war movies, porno, hunting animals etc. While we may not want our sons sitting at home making cream puffs why do they like to fight with each other so much?

I have no friends in this foreign country where I am a PhD. I do have a boyfriend but that is going to end. I feel so lonely. If I start looking that I am satisfied with myself and that I do not especially need people's attention, will they approach me more? If I look lonely and sad, I guess they will just feel pity? ok...i see a lot of questions asking why does (insert yahoo! handle here) have so many points or why do people do this or that and a blah blah yadda yadda...dont they have a "life"? (even though there these hypocrites are...sitting right there in front of their computer screens just the same as the people they are attempting to take a jab at)

so what i want to know is...

what exactly constitutes having a "life" in the sense that these people mean it?

does it mean sitting in front of the television all day long? going out and clubbing every night? working some deadend job countless hours of the week?

i mean really...can someone help me out here?

some people like collecting stamps others lke collecting sea shells. I like collecting Bill Cosby collectables! Bill cosby is so cool and hot! anyways, I was at the park whereing a Bill Cosby outfit. I was sitting on the park bench and the usual amount of people asked for an autograph. I looked around everyone looked so glum so i started screaming random lines from the cosby show! and went up to random ppl and danced with one of canes bill cosby danced with on the show! then i went up to a lady and kicked her dog! and then shoved her into the fountain I went up to a granny and pushed her to the ground. Then I punched a bouncer to a nearby strip club and he beat me up! Can I sue him?

I am 27, really shy and introvert girl and I have moved 4 years ago to another country and still haven't found some real friends, if I get close to somebody, they soon leave because theya re either exchange students or here for a short while on a short project. How do I open myself? Do you think people avoid me more because they know I don't have any friends or because they think I am weird because I am so closed up?

If Hitler or Stalin were alive today, right infront of you, would you support their death of penatly? Before you voice your opinion, let me voice mine - I don't support it. Not because I feel sorry for Hitler or Stalin, but think about it, does revenge ever bring anything good? Let's say we shoot Hitler/Stalin, do we get a better world? No. Do those dead arise? No. Do we protect ourselves from future dictators? No. So whats the point? Vengeance? Mind I remind you that because of vengeance hunderds of people die in Palestine? Using the same philosophy death-penalty supporters use, which is "When someone kills someone innocent, he should be killed". Dont the shiites and sunnites use the same philosophy? Take for an example the killing of shiite colonel's 3 children. The chain of revenge will start and since each side stands on revenging the other, the conflict will never end. Same thing is applied to death-penalty for me. I'd never endorse using the same princles as those who are judged

My friend plays video games practically 24/7.
Now whenever we go out, he keeps shouting out HEADSHOT!
