About a week ago I was walking in the city on my way to the bus stop to go home from school and there was a blind guy sitting in front of a store singing really loud about God. The moment was sooooo moving. People were surrounding him and recording his voice on their phones etc, it was such a moving and beautiful moment that I actually cried. Unexplainable.

A lot of people in North America who are not of Chinese background seem to be adopting children from China. Chinese children are very much in demand as adoption candidates. A lot of them are girls.

Is it realistic to believe that their parents do not want them just because they are girls, and couples in China only want boys? Is it another lie which the public is being fed? Is it possible or even probable that the children are being snatched or stolen from their parents, and government bureaucrats in China are telling the adoptive parents that the children were given away by their parents?

You know how social workers often work. In North America they seem to harbour some high hatted and condescending notion that only middle class couples are worthy of having children. They tend to lie a lot in North America when it comes to child apprehension and adoption, so it makes sense that they might lie in China as well. Private adoption agencies also would have motives for lying.

How can you explain that some people no matter how hard they work, they can never seem to get anywhere in life, even though, they may be well educated. Is it to do with personality? Or simply, as my friend says: you have to be a ***** if you want to be rich.
Does caring for others peoples feelings ever prevented you from achieving your dreams? Or is it simply just a case of bad luck??

So today is Day 1 of my 2 week vacation. At this time of the year, there is the obvious - shopping, wrapping, baking, family and friends things. But what else can I do to maximize my 2 weeks away from the office and return refreshed and de-stressed.

im looking to move somewhere where the people/government are not so ignorant and retarded as in the U.S.A. What other countries are a little more mature and grown up? What areas are de-criminilized when it comes to smoking canibus? hey i am a single girl..just got out of a shitty relationship with a man i barley even knew and it was totally based off of sex....i don't want to be single...but i don't want to date for sex...but i don't want to take it too slow....(I made a move the 1st night..total stranger..oops) If i get involved in another relationship i want it to be because that person truly likes me for who i am! I want a relationship based off of love this time...someone i can truly love.....I am only 17 but i mean....

okay one time i got caught shoplifting...luckily only sears caught us and only added up thier total ($291.840 worth not to mention the other five stores) and got a way with a misdemeanor...hopefully let of with a first offence....my friend wants to continue lifting...is it just me or is she stupid...considering it was MY first offence?
