I only purchesed due to great veiw, I wanted one home that I could call home, not an investment. It`s not what i thought would happen,
I am happy where i am and though I see the positives. Would you say what you`d do or think?

there is no place like home and if u have found the perfect home then don't sell
people earn money for that not the other way round

It is happening all over the place, and up our taxes go. I will stay as long as I can afford it. Then, if I must sell, buy a lower cost house and invest the rest. Not my choice, but one never knows what the future will hold!

Homes ARE an investment, but we don't keep moving because of that. If you are happy then stay put, or you might not like the next house so much. Decorate the house and live in it. Enjoy it and create happy memories in it.

If it has increased that much in 3 years, and you love it, hang on to it for a few more years, and you'll get even more money!

I've stayed. This home can't be replaced. I've seen too many people give up homes they love for monetary gain and they've regretted it. I won't make the same mistake.
