im looking to move somewhere where the people/government are not so ignorant and retarded as in the U.S.A. What other countries are a little more mature and grown up? What areas are de-criminilized when it comes to smoking canibus? I am a horrible person when i dont smoke and when i do, i can actually function in society, so i need to move somwhere where i wont be considered a criminal.

you need to move to canada then. british columbia has amazing weed. its still illegal but people are open minded pot heads here. i smoke pot in public often and 50% of the time you get a dirty look. the other 50% someone asks for a hit
